The 4th worst thing the First Order did was torture Ray and Po.

Ray is basically the main character, and she is force sensitive. Po is a Resistance pilot, and he's the best.  What they both have in common, was that they both have information on the map to finding Luke.  The First Order tortured them really bad. It was disturbing.
