In the modern world, science affects increasingly all areas of social life. Researching and developing technology relates closely with the economic development of each country. Which country owns the science will get to the future and has position on the international. Therefore, among the policies to develop economic, government should spend money on scientific researches rather than on the poor and homeless. Because researching science investment is more useful than the poor and homeless allowance, such as: reducing of producing hours, increasing income for worker, making maximum profit for economy and improving living standards.

According to many recent reports, almost all developed countries believe that the most important assignment to economic growth is researching science investment. Because thanks to promoting scientific researches, many new industries have appeared, such as: plastic, robot manufacture, information technologies...reduce of producing hour and increase income for workers. Certainly, when many modern machines were created, human being liberates of manual labour. Therefore, they can change to work in brainwork with higher income. Beside, the scientific research is useful for developing economy. In fact, researching science brings huge profits for those countries. Because, nowadays, with the global trend or economy international, which country owns new manufacture technology will make more products with shorter labour productivity and their goods has competitive power in international market.

Moreover, the benefit of scientific researches is improving living standards. In fact, in 21 century, thousands of modern machines will be invented; hundreds of chemicals will be discovered...that is helpful for human life. Nowadays, the environment is more and more polluted, so people get a disease easily. Therefore, searching science is getting important to find modern health equipment and new medicines for diseases treatment. At that time, people can live healthier and life-span is longer and longer. Besides, with getting modern machine and medicines incessantly, the treatment services cost is cheaper and cheaper. So, the poorer and homeless can use those services easier. For this reason, government should spend much money for scientific researches rather than on the poorer and homeless.

Opponent of this idea claim that some people may disagree with this idea. In their opinion, the scientific research wastes much time and much money of the state budget, so government doesn't have money for social security policies. To some extent, they are right. However, if government doesn't invest to scientific researches they will be lag behind economy as other countries and lost revenue source for the state budget. Because researching science brings new achievements for economy, then the social economy is more growth and it needs many workers to manufacture in the factory. So the poor and homeless has chance to find their jobs. Beside, thanks to exporting technology and rising labour productivity effectiveness government has much money in the state budget for the poorer and homeless allowance. Therefore, government should invest much money for scientific researching.

In short, the scientific researches bring up many benefits for the economy, such as: reducing of producing hours, increasing income for worker, making maximum profit for economy and improving living standards...In addition, the achievement of researching science process makes rising state budget to perform social security policies. For this reasons, government should spend much money for scientific researches rather than on the poor and homeless.

Nowadays, the social development expects from people becoming perfectly. So the update information demand is getting more necessary in their life. Moreover, since the information technology revolution makes their searching to spend less time than before. As a result, when they need useful information, instead of reading books, many people choose watching television or Internet...They believe that watching TV is more comfortable for them. In my opinion, I think that reading book is more enjoyable than TV and there isn't medium to replace it. Because reading is useful for relaxing and improving your vocabulary, concentration, memory, and creativity... more than watching TV.

At the beginning, the most different benefit of reading books is improving vocabulary and concentration. Currently, when you want add much social knowledge; you can watch TV or read books. However, if you need study carefully about the field, you should reading books because TV programs usually supply very vague knowledge. Besides, when you read books, you can improve vocabulary yourself. In fact, reading books will help you knowing meaning words in other context or special words in each field and making sentence more flexibly. Furthermore, when you watch TV, you don't need follow carefully; you still understand those contents through some imagines. But, if you read books, you have to focus on those contents; you understand something written in books. Because the books show that the chains of events and characters have closely relationship. You have to get in touch them to understand plot of a novel or special content in books... Hence, reading books is useful for improving your concentration.

In addition, reading books is useful for improving memory and creativity. Unlike sitting in font of TV, reading books make you use your brain. While reading you would be forced to reason out many things which are unfamiliar to you. In this process you would use the grey cells to think, and become smarter. Many researches show if you don't use memory, you lose it. A thick book filled much information, and you have to learn the way of memorize to remember all them. At first, you don't get used to it but then your memory will be better. Besides, reading diversity of life and exposing yourself to new ideas and more information helps to develop the creative side of the brain as imbibes innovation in to your thinking process.

Opponent of this idea claim that some people may disagree with this idea. In their opinion, reading book is bored and wastes much time. They said that watching TV is more enjoyable than reading. To some extent, they are right. However when you spend some hours to watch TV will get some profits alike to read book. Amount information which you received makes rising your knowledge, so reading book don't wastes time. Furthermore, according to many recent researches, watching TV is harmful for your health, such as: short-sighted, headache...So, If you want to relax and protect your health, you should read books. Besides, reading book helps you improve your discipline. In fact, making time to read something we all know we should do, but who schedules book reading time every day? If you don't have patience, you won't complete the plan which you set up. That's why adding book reading to daily schedule and sticking to it, improves discipline.

In summary, reading book is not only the habit, preference but also a demand, a lifestyle. Read books to supplement the knowledge to work, to also require that a practice of thinking ability. So I think that reading book is more enjoyable than TV and there isn't medium to replace it and you should a habit reading book every day.
