A.  Long story. what are you doing?

B.  I’m running on a treadmill, actually. At home

A – you’re running?

B – yes, actually, i usually run on a treadmill every morning. Do you run?

A – no ,In the Morning i usually sleep until 10:00 am

B – you shouldn’t sleep much, because it is not good for health. Why don’t you get up and do exercise instead of sleeping too much?

A – I am really out of shape and i want to lose weight. That would be a great idea.

B – what do you do in the afternoon?

A-   I just watch TV and eat junk food

B-   you shouldn’t watch TV and eat lots of junk food, you will get fatter and fatter

A – Oh, really?

B – Well. you shouldn’t eat a special cake or anything with sugar , then you will  lost more weight

A – What should i eat?

B – You should eat spinach, fruit and seafood, it is good for you health ,because it contains more calories, vitamin and the most important is that you will not get fat from eating them.
