Dear Mr. Norman Bridwell,

I just adore your Clifford books. They teach me so many lessons such as telling the truth, playing nicely, sharing, and many other things.

A couple of years ago, my mom taught kindergardeners and always went to a bookstore. We had to go to the back of the store, through a door and into another room, where the book orders were kept. That room was very big. In that room were unwanted books and book toys too. I always headed to that section when we were at the store. One day I discovered Clifford items and the people there gave me the items for free! Ever since then, I've loved Clifford more than ever!

I still watch the TV show, but some of my friends tease me. I don't let them bother me though. It's what I think. Some of my friends agree with me.

I'm mainly like Cleo, being bossy and always wanting her way, but I'm also like Clifford, and T-bone in different ways.

I hope you reply after this question: Are one of the characters in your Clifford books based on you?

Sincerely, Victoria

Gonzalez

Your number one fan.
