Dear whoever reads this,

Today is the last day of school in El Paso, Texas. I mean there's still school, but there is no work. Somehow I know things are going to change at school when I leave. There are probably going to many different things. There are two things I will always remember; what my school looked like and what happened there. Good-bye Red Sands Elementary. (RSE).

RSE looked like a big, sturdy sand mound shaped like a one-story building. Inside there is one cafeteria, one main hallway, 7 other hallways, about 9 rooms in the office, and the nurses office. It was so big that I didn't know who all of the teachers were.

So many things have happened at Red Sands, but one event really stands out. My first red ribbon rally. Kids were stomping, cheering, waving red flags, and having fun. Suddenly, I was doing all of these things with them.

That's pretty much all of Red Sands for you.
