Okay. So, season one was a tiny rough start. Geoff wasn't good with talking to girls. Luckily DJ helped him out so in season one it works.

Season 2. It Geoff seems to let fame get to his head. Not to mention calling Heather the hottest girl on the show(this. While dating Bridgette)

Though they seem to be able to get pass that to. Then there's season 3...

Okay. So Bridgette did fall for Alejandro. And she didn't seem to mind kissing him again(too bad she got stuck to a pole)

Okay, this is when it goes downhill a bit. Bridgette and Geoff were angry but they seem to just make up by making out.

And in season 7 Geoff calls Bridgette his babe, so I can infer that they're still dating and going strong.

Final ranking: 9/10

They're very good. Geoff just has to stop calling other hot girls hot and Bridgette has to stop kissing hot boys when Geoff isn't around.

But as far as we know. They're still going strong. Sure they have a few disagreements but that's normal for any couple.
