Okay. Well, as far as I know, Courtney considered Trent a loser....... yeah. not much I can really add there.

I don't even think these two even had one line together. I think people just shipped it because Gwen dumped Trent and Duncan dumped Courtney.

So, unless I come across some really well written fanfic that makes Courtney not consider Trent a loser, I'm gonna have to say no to this one.
