◎ Students must be punctual. School begins at 8:00 a.m and if a student is late, they will be marked tardy by their homeroom teacher. Students are allowed to purchase breakfast at the cafeteria until 7:50 a.m.

◎ Be present everyday. If a student is absent, they must have a written letter from their parents/guardians as to why they were absent once they return to school. If a student has too many unexcused absents, the their teacher will notify their parents/guardians.

◎ Respect everyone.

◎ Buildings and the campus will be kept clean and neat. Do not deface or damage school property. Students who vandalize the school property will make restitution. 

◎ Maintain order when moving to different areas.

◎ Townsville High allows its students to wear/have the following:

- Makeup
- Piercings
- Tattoos
- Dyed hair

It is the school's way of helping the students express themselves in their own way.

◎ On the second day of school, students are required to join one of the clubs. If a student refuses to join one, their teacher will sign them up to any club they choose.

◎Club activities start after school and everyone must do the exercises their club presidents have given them for the day. All club activities will last for 3 hours except for the Sports Clubs, which can last for how long the coaches/presidents want.

◎ Students are allowed to stay in school until 6:00 p.m. However, they must have a good reason to do so. The school's library, on the other hand, is open until 10:00 p.m and allows students to stay until then.

◎ Students are allowed to wear their uniforms any way they want (ex. blazers can be replaced by hoodies or cardigans).
