1. Be patient
This is a must. I'll be honest and say that I take a really long time doing trailers. I can't specify a time frame for when you'll get your trailer because it depends on how difficult your request is and how much inspo and free time I have. Due to the long wait, you're free to request from other trailer-makers as long as they're ok with it and that you still use my trailer even if it's not your main one.

2. Provide ideas/clips
No inspo = no trailer, so please provide me with something.
I'd prefer if you provide me with 3+ clips from youtube (720HD+ quality) (i.e. make a youtube playlist with all the clips you'd like me to use).
Also, please give me names of shows or movies that:
1) Inspired you/are similar to your story
2) Your chosen actors are a part of
This will cut down my time spent searching for clips!

3. Story must be posted and must be completed or active.
I've realized that some people request and then give up on their story a few days later/discontinue it, which is very disheartening and leaves a perfectly good trailer to waste. Please don't request when you know you won't commit to your story after 2 chapters...these trailers take a lot of work even though they're only around 1-1:30+ mins. The term 'active' is subjective though so if you'd like, you can request and I'll let you know if I can make your trailer. Sorry...I feel bad for putting this rule but it's really discouraging when you see all your hard work go to waste :(

4. Collect your trailer and complete payment within 3 days after delivery.
I'm pretty lenient with the time frame for completion of payment as long as you use the trailer. If you find a better trailer then you're welcome to use the other as your main one, but please don't disregard the trailer I made you - still use it, maybe as your 2nd trailer and post it in your 2nd chapter or something. If you don't want your trailer then please let me know so I can make it a premade.
