I was walking around the city by myself to get some fresh air. Besides going to the dojo, I haven't been outside much because of my horrible cold. My mom finally let me go outdoors and I was super excited to see what's changed. I gazed at the scenery around me and it wasn't too bad. Snow fell last night so all the buildings, grass, and trees were filled with white. I smiled and thought, "Despite it being cold, it's really pretty!" I kept my slow pace until I reached a small park. The park was always nice to walk in during the spring but now it was covered in snow. I was enchanted by the white features and decided to make a dash into the park. I didn't care if people were staring at me, I just wanted to have some fun! It also kept me warm, which I was ecstatic about. I ran until I stopped in the middle of a small bridge, which leaped across a river flowing by. Staring down on the edge of the bridge. I saw a reflection. It had (h/c) hair and (e/c) eyes but it looked a little paler than I remembered. Maybe the sickness really did something to me. No......it was love that did this. The water began to vibrate out my reflection as my tears fell without hesitation. I let my arms rest on the wooden base of the bridge and buried my face in it. "Why am I still hurting?!" I thought angrily. "I was over this!" This made me cry harder, sleeves of my jacket getting soaked. I guess love can hurt longer than I thought. I sniffled and wiped my tears on my went sleeves and tilted my head up to feel the cold air. I stood up straight and heard,

"(Y/n)?!" My eyes shot wide open and I shivered. I knew that voice. I turned to the voice and saw Yami in shock. "W-where did you go?" he asked. "I haven't seen you in two weeks!" He sounded concerned for me but I shrugged it off.

"Oh I've been out and about," I said plainly, trying to get away from him.

"But I haven't seen you around town."

"I go out sometimes." I really wanted to escape the conversation so I said, "See you later. Nice seeing you again." I began to walk the other direction when he yells,

"Wait!" I only turned my head towards him. He stared to walk closer to me and I started to sweat a little. "Are you okay? You've changed since I last saw you..."

"D-don't you have somewhere else to be?" I interrupted. His eyes widened and it looked like he was hurt. But that didn't bother me one bit because what he did to me hurt a lot more.

"What do you mean? I'm not going..."

"I mean your girlfriend," I blurted out. On that note, I quickly walked off of the bridge. I sighed in content, satisfied with what I've done. "I'll have to leave quickly," I thought. "It's getting cold and..." My thoughts were interrupted by a sudden tug on my hand. I sighed in irritation and looked at what my clumsy self got into. I gasped softly when it was Yami grabbing my hand. I blushed and looked away, biting my lip gently.

"(Y/n), I don't have one," he said softly. My eyes widened a second and I stared at him.

"What?! But I saw you kiss her on the train."

"Two weeks ago?" I nodded fast, my mouth slightly open in disbelief. After a moment of silence, Yami began to chuckle and then it turned into laughing. I was very confused and raised my eyebrow. He definitely wasn't answering for himself. He saw my reaction and began to walk, still holding my hand. I blushed a little more, still not knowing what's going on.

Wow, that was longer than I thought. I thought this would be the last chapter but I decided to make one more. I hope that's okay with all of you. Anyway, vote and comment if you like it and I'll see you guys for the last chapter. I'm so excited!
