Monday

"You'll be able to wake up...right? And you'll be able to kick 'con tailpipe and bail me outta detention...right?" she asked hopefully.

...Right?"

***

Tuesday

***

"So...Ratchet checked your vitals again today. He said you were doing better than yesterday. That's great."

"Wheeljack and I went on a trip yesterday and I killed the insecticon that hurt you. It was..."

Silence.

"It...made no difference," she whispered, her voice sounding heartbroken.

"I want you back, Bulkhead."

***

Wednesday

***

"Bulkhead, what's wrong? You were doing so well yesterday and now you're taking a nose dive! Don't give up on me, please!" she cried, sounding on the verge of tears. "Please don't leave me...Bulkhead...I need you..."

***

"Bulkhead...I..."

The voice was silent for a while.

"I feel ridiculous. But Miko's been doing this and she says it makes her feel better."

More silence.

"You're strong. You won't go out without a fight. The team is rooting for you. Bulkhead...we need you. Bee's worried sick. Arcee's trying to keep her helm but she's worried too. Optimus is even distracted. He hasn't been recharging well, I can tell. I am a medic, after all," he chuckled a little.

"And, I can't throw wrenches at anyone else if you're gone. Bee's too innocent, Arcee would throw them back, and I couldn't bring myself to throw one at Optimus, if he ever made me angry enough, which hasn't happened yet."

A servo rested on Bulkhead's shoulder.

"Stay strong. If not for the team, then for Miko. Please."

Thursday

"Ratchet says you're improving again," she whispered. She would chuckle sadly every once in a while and one could only assume she was looking at pictures through her phone.

"I had so much planned...we did a lot of it...but there's some other stuff...and some stuff I'd love to do again...like driving down cliffs or our Sunday morning dune-bashings...or watching monster truck rallies..."

she trailed off again, the sound of something closing shut was heard. Her phone.

"You gotta wake up...soon..."

"Please."

Soft wet splatters landed on his armor.

Tears.

Friday

***

"Hey, Bulk!"

She was cheerful today.

"I just checked up with Ratchet again today. I think I'm annoying him with my questions about how you did. But, you seem to be doing better. When your vitals started to go down it was really scary...for all of us." Her cheery sounding voice turned sad again.

"You should've seen Ratchet...he practically lived in the medbay and was at your side any minute possible until you improved again. And when you did, he checked up on you every five minutes. Even at the middle of the night. He's not sleeping well. Well, you guys call it recharge, don't you?" she chuckled sadly.

"Hey, guess what? My History teacher finally got around to grading our reports...you know, the one that you and I went to Greece for? Yeah, that one. I got an A on it," she said happily.

"All thanks to you."

Saturday

***

"Remember when those Scraplets got inside the base a few months ago? That was freaky. But you still pulled through. You could handle anything," she said, her voice less cheery than it was yesterday, but it wasn't sad, either.

"You know, the place has been kinda quiet without you. Arcee told me a story about how she and Cliff first met and how she dealt with the loss of Tailgate. It was cool."

She sounded less...optimistic.

Pedsteps approached.

"Miko...you do know Bulkhead may not be able to hear you, right?"

"Yeah..."

Silence.

"Miko..."

"Yeah?"

"He'll wake up."

"I hope so."

She sounded tired.

Sunday

***

"Hey, two-ton. I just...wanted to say thanks. You and I had a lot more common than I thought we did. You completed the mission, like a true Rang-er, Wrecker. Just stay alive. Team Prime still needs you. Okay?"

***

"I managed to record a monster movie that was playing today. It's a classic. Godzilla. The old one. If...when you wake up, maybe we'll watch it. Okay? I think you'd like it."

***

Monday

***

"I'm back! Finally! Ratchet says you improved a little but not much. Slow and steady beats the race, right? Heh..." she chuckled a bit, before falling silent for a few minutes.

"Agent Fowler says you finished your mission like a true wrecker. You can sure wreck with the best of them, huh?" she said quietly.

"Wheeljack called...he wanted to know how you were doing. Ratchet was all angry at him but he let me talk to him anyway...for about five minutes," she chuckled again.

"I got detention again...I punched Vince..." she muttered after a minute of silence. "But he deserved it. He's gonna have a black eye tomorrow."

"That's my girl..."

"Bulkhead?"

"Yeah..."

"Bulkhead!" she cried happily, hugging his faceplate. "You're okay!"

He felt something wet on his faceplate and realized they were tears.

"Miko, please, don't cry..."

"You're okay!" she repeated in between fits of happy sobbing. "Ratchet! Ratchet! Hurry! Come here!"

Ratchet was in the room before Miko could finish her sentence. He blinked a few times when he saw Bulkhead was awake and responsive, and he vented out in relief.

"Thank the AllSpark!"

"What's going on?" Arcee asked, poking her helm into the room before realizing what was going on, and she grinned as the others walked up behind her. Bumblebee warbled happily, and Optimus even smiled.

He would be okay.

Here's another oneshot for you! I didn't have homework today, and I was given my dad's laptop and with my AC out and our portable one only working in my parents' room, I made the best of it and camped out in there and started writing an idea I've had in my head for a bit. This oneshot was based on a picture I found, but I don't remember what the title was. I saved it on my computer, but I can't access it at the moment. So I'll try adding it on here later when my computer won't have a high probability of overheating.

Miko's usually the one talking, though Ratchet and Agent Fowler said a few things themselves.

I tried doing it a little differently, less detail on what the character is doing and more dialogue/what sounds are heard. Bulkhead is unconscious, and it is in his point of view...sorta. It was just a style I was trying.

I have no idea how long the wrecker was out, but I thought a week was a good enough time. I enjoyed writing this. I hope you enjoyed reading it.

This could be a BulkheadxMiko, or just a oneshot between these two and their "bromance" relationship. I kept it relatively general for all you Mikohead shippers.

Lol the ship name tho
