Hello, everyone! My name is DarkRose--Chan, or Rand as my real name!

I'm so excited to finally start this book for the first time! I've always wanted to do something like this but never really had the courage to do so. I wasn't sure about my level when it comes to critique, hence I kept on putting this idea on hold for the longest time.

But as I grew older and gained more experience when it comes to writing, I learned how to distinguish between well-written and average-written stories as my standards began showing more. I came to realize this as I kept looking endlessly for stories to read on Wattpad and was rarely satisfied with what I saw. A small handful of those works actually managed to hook me in and made me binge the whole thing like there was no tomorrow.

And as the number of good stories for me grew less, my frustration grew more.

Hence, I wanted to keep a record of those good books that miraculously managed to land my eyes on and were able to bless me and many ways I never knew I needed. And I wanted to show my love and support for the great minds behind those amazing words, the authors in other words.

I'm a fellow writer myself and have been on this platform since 2017, thus I know very well the struggle when it comes to constructing a full story. The slump states, writer's blocks, unbalanced moods, tight schedules, real-life struggles...

I guess what I'm trying to say is that your efforts are never unnoticed or unappreciated. Creating a memorable story with a lasting effect on its reading is the toughest challenge ever, but that's something you certainly achieved with me almost flawlessly. I wanted to show you just how much your books really affected me to the point of writing down full reviews for them, something I've never done before until now.

I pay close attention when it comes to grammar and writing style as they hook me in the most. Whenever I see a story that's poorly constructed, I immediately close it and never open it ever again. The characterization of the canon cast is also something I'm fairly sensitive about as seeing them OOC throws me off and drives me to drop the whole story. I get it, writing the canon characters in completely original situations is hard and not everyone is capable of doing it unless they fully understand the character after deep analysis. So the authors who manage to pull it off are some very extraordinary people who deserve a deep bow!

I tried to read your stories as slowly and thoroughly as possible so my humble reviews would do them justice. But at the same time, I couldn't help binging the whole story once I was hooked, a bad habit of mine. XD

I wanted to keep a record or my own archive of my favorite and memorable works so I can go back to them with a smile on my face and skim through them again. And maybe even help other readers to find good and solid recommendations for their reading lists who are also struggling to find good stories to read.

I do not take requests when it comes to these reviews. I simply write them whenever I feel like I can with the works that I liked the most. However, I AM open to recommendations if you know a story I might enjoy. Because as I mentioned before, it became extremely hard to find a good story on this platform.
