~Five minutes later~

Branch: Did you go poop?

Floyd: I.....I can't.......

Branch: What do you mean, you 'can't'. Like you "can't" as in you tried but it won't come out or is it that you "can't" like you're not confident enough to do it?

Floyd: It's a bit of both. Yup, it's both.

Branch: Okaaaaay, what things make you relax? If you can think of that, maybe it will help you.

Floyd: Relax. (Takes deep breath) I'm relaxed, I'm relaxed....(takes another deep breath)....come on, relax........RELAX!!!

Branch: 😐

Floyd: NO!! I CAN'T!!! IT'S TOO MUCH!!!

Branch: Don't worry, everything's going to be okay. Just relax, just relax.

Floyd: Just relax?

A sudden silence came around for quite a moment. Branch was about to open his mouth to speak, until Floyd started to hum. Great. The way he hummed reminded him of the time that he did that when they spent time together last week. That disastrous event. Floyd had hummed at the pizza restaurant for about ten minutes before another chaotic incident happened at the time. Branch shook off the memory as he heard Floyd hummed.

But the way Floyd hummed was not one of those annoying hums, but it became a tune, which became quite familiar to Branch. The song he hummed was the "Put Your Records On" song. Then he started to sing.

❤️ Three little birds sat on my window ❤️

❤️ And they told me I don't need to worry ❤️

❤️ Summer came like cinnamon ❤️

❤️ So sweet ❤️

❤️ Little girls double-dutch on the concrete ❤️

Branch joined in with the singing.

💙 Maybe sometimes we've got it wrong, but it's alright 💙

💙 The more things seem to change, the more they stay the same 💙

💙 Ooh, don't you hesitate 💙

Branch and Floyd sang together.

🎶 Girl, put your records on, tell me your favorite song 🎶

🎶 You go ahead, let your hair down 🎶

🎶 Sapphire and faded jeans, I hope you get your dreams 🎶

🎶 Just go ahead, let your hair down 🎶

🎶 You're gonna find yourself somewhere, somehow 🎶

Poppy, JD, Clay, and Spruce were sitting on the grass, waiting for Branch and Floyd to come back, until they heard two angelic voices echoed from the right side of Troll Forest.

Clay: What is that lovely noise?

Spruce: It's Floyd and Branch....they're singing?

JD: Oh, that's new for the two of them to sing. 😄

Spruce: It's beautiful. 😊

Poppy: Oh, they're singing one of my favorite songs. 😍 I've got to join them. (Runs off)

The brothers faced Poppy. Their voices echoed from behind her.

JD: This is so worth not missing. Got to bring the camera. 😄

Spruce: I love that song! 😁

Clay: Let's join them! Wait up, Poppy! 😁

☆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━☆

Branch was dancing to Floyd's humming coming from the other side of the huge boulder. A sudden humming voice interrupted them, startling Branch again. Poppy skipped towards him, holding his hands. Right behind her, Spruce came, smiling and snapping his fingers.

💜 Blue as the sky, sunburnt and lonely 💜

💜 Sipping tea in a bar by the roadside 💜

Floyd: Go Branch!

💙 Just relax, just relax  💙

Poppy sang too.

💖 Don't you let those other boys fool you 💖

💖 Got to love that afro hairdo 💖

Clay danced his way towards them.

💛 Maybe sometimes we feel afraid, but it's alright 💛

💛 The more you stay the same, the more they seem to change 💛

JD chimed in too, holding out the camera.

💚 Don't you think it's strange? 💚

Clay, Spruce, Poppy, and Branch danced while JD held out the camera, recording. Floyd kept singing from behind the huge boulder.

JD, Branch, Spruce, and Clay each took a turn to dance in front of the camera and singing.

💙 'Twas more than I could take, pity for pity's sake 💙

💛 Some nights kept me awake, I thought that I was stronger 💛

💚 When you gonna realise, that you don't even have to try any longer? 💚

💜 Do what you want to 💜

Branch, Poppy, Clay and Spruce danced in unison while singing.

🎶 Girl, put your records on, tell me your favorite song 🎶

JD: Go guys! Whoo!

🎶 You go ahead, let your hair down 🎶

Poppy pulled her pink hair tie off from her hair (which was tied into a ponytail), making her hair let loose as she let it down (literally). Spruce whistled. Branch blushed and smiled as they danced together. Clay and Spruce stepped from side to side, smiling at each other.

🎶 Sapphire and faded jeans, I hope you get your dreams 🎶

🎶 Just go ahead, let your hair down 🎶

Floyd got a bit quiet as everyone else sang.

🎶 Girl, put your records on, tell me your favorite song 🎶

🎶 You go ahead, let your hair down 🎶

🎶 Sapphire and faded jeans, I hope you get your dreams 🎶

🎶 Just go ahead, let your hair down 🎶

Branch sang the last verse.

💙 Oh, you're gonna find yourself somewhere, somehow 💙

Branch, Poppy, JD, Clay, and Spruce cheered, complimenting each other how great they did. JD, who stopped recording, gave everyone a thumbs up, saying how awesome they did.

Branch: Wow, we were amazing. You were also great too, Floyd.

Floyd: ..........

Branch: Floyd???

JD: Oh, bro?

Spruce: Are you okay over there?

Floyd: (Takes a deep breath and lets out a quiet grunt) Ooh. Hey, I did it.

Poppy: YAY!!! I KNEW YOU CAN DO IT!!! 😄

Clay & JD: WHOO-HOO!!! 😃

Spruce: ALRIGHT, LITTLE BRO!!! 😁

Branch: WHOO-HOO!! YEAH!! AWESOME!!! 😄

Floyd: Awww, th-th......................thanks, guys. Aaaahhh....much better.

JD: You finish?

Floyd: I j-ju-just started.

JD: Oh. 😐

Spruce: Well, we're going to go now, so you can finish doing.....that. Come on, let's go back, guys.

Clay: And do what? More waiting? 🙄

JD: No, we're going to leave them behind.

Branch: Heh heh, good one, JD!

Clay: 😑😑😑

Poppy: But we can play UNO while we wait.

Clay: Now that's more like it.

Branch waved at his brothers and Poppy as they made their way back to the path. He sat on the grass, holding onto a rock and tossing it. Floyd kept making small grunts. Branch whistled.

Floyd: Branch, you can go with the others if you want to, and I'll call you when I'm done.

Branch: No, it's okay. I.....I want to stay with you and keep you company.

Floyd: Are you sure? You don't really have to stay. I can keep myself company.

Branch: No. I want to be there for you. For my older brother.

Floyd: Awwwww, that's so sweet of you. Thanks, bro.

Branch: What brothers for, right? We can have brother bonding time.

Floyd: I'll like that a who—(grunts)—whole lot.
