Branch set off on the journey to out of Bergen Town to find the mushrooms. He followed the map that was in the book from the library and soon came across exactly what he was looking for. Hundreds, upon hundreds of mushrooms. "Wow." He said to himself in awe at what he was seeing. He bagged up as many as he could. To the point where a few even spilled out. He ran back to Bergen Town as fast as he could also trying not to be spotted. He entered Gristle's apartment and he was still not home. But Poppy was still resting in his pod. "Poppy! Check it out. I got loads of mushrooms!" Branch said in excitement. Poppy just groaned in pain. "Oh... Yeah how are you feeling?" Branch added. "Haha got you. I feel much better. My head still hurts but for the most part, I feel fine." Poppy said cheerfully. "OK that's good. What about Bridget?" Branch asked. "I... I don't know. I am kinda scared of her after what happened but, she's been my best friend for all my life. I should go back to her place." Poppy said as she got out of bed. "Wait wait. Are you sure? What if she hurts you again?" Branch asked worryingly. "Well Branch, sometimes in life you have to take risks. And this is just one of them." Poppy said before she took the mushrooms walking out of Branch's pod. "And that's why I love her." Branch said to himself smiling.
