I just realised stuff that went deeper than I realised in the true colors scene from the first trolls movie. Hdkdjdjdhdh

People have already talked about how Broppy's body language shows how much they love eachother, like dialated pupills, how sweetly and softly they held eachother's hands and the looks they gave eachother as they sang such sweet loving lyrics.

People have also talked about how Poppy felt alone and that she had made a decision to save trolls but ended up dooming the entire village all by herself. But she never meant to, and wanted everyone to come out alive and good from everything. As she told everyone how big of a mistake she had made she sat herself down by herself, no one joined her. Until Branch came up to her, she wasn't alone anymore, and Branch told her he will always be there for her. That was when her colors came back.

U all know that Poppy has through the years as Branch hid in his bunker tried to invite him to parties (since he had several invitations from her in the bunker). I would like to believe that she has tried more things. And also that she MUST have liked him a lot to be able to spend so much time trying to make him happy and drag him out from being lonely in his bunker. Yes she is a SUPER LOVING troll in general but-

She must have some type of feelings for him at that point.
She always tried to be there for him and support him, letting him know she wanted to help him. While Branch tried to push her away (I can dig into that more another time).

So Poppy did her best to help and get to him, while Branch did his best to not open up to her. Since we now know how openly he is with showing his feelings even when he isn't meaning to, this must have been super hard for him during his sad years.

So
How big was it for Poppy to hear Branch SING "just call me up, cuz I will always be there"?
She had always been there for him and now she got to know that Branch will do the same for her.

She wants to be with him, and now she feel like they will be there for eachother and help eachother. They will have a mutual caring going on instead of Poppy only caring for Branch.
