I had another chill day. I took a nice hike in Troll Forest, spent more time with Poppy and Val, and enjoyed myself with a cup of coffee this morning. It was such a fine morning for me, and I really enjoyed walks myself, although it's a bit chilly when I went out for this hike. Good thing I brought my coat. I mean, it's good to adjust with the weather. I'm feeling a lot better than a few days ago, so that's the good news.

I'm ready to do the next journaling prompt for the Shadow Work. I decide to find this one online, so that was fun to do some research, and I found the perfect one to do.

Well, this was easy journal prompt to do. It was fun to list my main core values. To me, I felt like safety, security, responsibility, friendship, love and resourcefulness hit me first and then the rest of the values that I listed.. Oh, I forgot about Family and Fun. I'm going to add them now. 

Okay, did it. I'm going to get ready for bed now. Oh, wait, just realized that it's 9:52 pm. It's pretty early for me to go to bed. Maybe I'll stay up for only twenty minutes...so, I'm going to brush my teeth first and then will call Poppy. I miss talking to her, though we seen each other an hour ago. Well, I must go now. Goodnight.
