Hey, I'm journaling on the last day of December and pretty early this time (kind of). January 1st will be an official of being a new year. But to what I believe, the new year doesn't start at midnight. What!?! To me, the new year starts when the sun rises tomorrow morning. My plan is to wake up really early so I can watch the sun rise and this is when I'll be celebrating the time of being a new year of 2023. What? I believe that anyone can have different beliefs and things that they do differently than others, right? Although I'm doing this, I'll still be going to Poppy's New Year party and stay up till midnight, but will go back to bed straight till around 6:30 in the morning. I know. Six hours of sleep, Branch. Really? Don't worry, I'll take a 15-minute nap tomorrow afternoon.

Oh, by the way, I went to the movie theater with Poppy to see Puss In Boots: The Last Wish and it was not as bad as I expected. My rating for this movie will be a good 8.5/10. I'm shock to see my own rating itself on this page that I'm writing at the moment. I love the plot and the characters, especially Puss because I got to see a lot of his flaws and how much character development they did for him (more than the first one, in my opinion). I would recommend this movie for anyone to watch.

My thoughts about 2022:

Let's say that there had been a lot of ups and downs this year for me, but I had gone through a lot and solve some of those problems ahead of me. Poppy has been a supportive friend and the best girlfriend ever. Without her, I wouldn't be here to journal or be the Troll that I should be. I thank her for everything. I'm also grateful for my other friends and my remote control (and son) Gary. I hope that 2023 will be a good year for all of us, so that we can create amazing memories together and I'll be journaling all about them too.

Any more thoughts about the upcoming year of 2023? I'm a bit unsure how it's going to go, but am willing to go through whatever life throws at me.

I'm glad to be able to journal this one early, because I must go meet Poppy at the New Year party now. I don't want to miss this. It's the only chance I have to be there, a one course of a lifetime! Okay, goodnight.
