Dappledstar looked around at her clan mates. "As Thunderpaw has lost his mentor Nightfeather will be his new mentor" Dapplestar announced. Nightfeather nodded and Thunderpaw smiled at Nightfeather.

Later that day Antericflower, Swiftshade, Shellsplash, Riverclaw and Greycloud took their apprentices out for a warriors assessment. Antericflower and Vinepaw went to the lake shore, Swiftshade and Redpaw went to tall rocks, Shellsplash and Sockpaw went to Sandy hollow, Riverclaw and Speedpaw went near by the cliffs and Greycloud and Cloudpaw went on the outskirts of the camp.

Antericflower watched Vinepaw hunt from the trees. She silently watched with a smile on her face, Vinepaw had learnt well. A shadowy figure crept up from behind her "hello Antericflower." It said "tell Cardinalsight I said hi". Antericflower looked at the shadow with a confused look. "What do you mean?" She asked. The cat grinned and swiftly jumped at her neck, killing her.

Dappledstar sighed, she watched Vinepaw from her den. Vinepaw was in the medical den. She looked shaken and terrified. 'I don't blame her' Dappledstar thought you herself "cats of Rose Clan. Antericflower has been murdered whilst she was watching Vinepaw's warriors assessment" she announced
