The sun was setting and most of the cats had gathered to eat prey. A scream came from the nursery. Cloudfur shot into the nursery and looked at Creamheart. "Silverkit is missing!" She whimpered.

Silverkit walked around in the forest when she spotted a mouse. She got ready to pounce on the mouse.

Cloudfur sent Firespark, Sombernight and Candycorn to search by the river and Snowstorm, Stonefang, Creamheart and himself to look by the training ground , leaving Moonlight and Hawktail to keep an eye out in camp and Skystar and Riverpaw asleep in Skystar's den.

Creamheart suggested that her patrol split up as it would be easier to cover the territory. Cloudfur went towards Tall Birch, Stonefang went towards the herb patches, Snowstorm searched around the training grounds and Creamheart searched the outskirts of the training grounds.

Snowstorm looked into a crack between 2 rocks. She flicked her ears up as she heard a cat approaching. She saw a light furred cat. She smiled softly "found anything yet?" she asked. The cat pounced at her neck her, swiftly killing her, before leaving.

Stonefang walked back to the training grounds to see if anyone else had any luck. She saw Snowstorms lifeless body and screamed.

Cloudfur sat watched his clan mates as they came back. Moonlight entered the clan with Silverkit on her back. Once everyone had come back he called a clan meeting.

"There has been another murder." He said. Gasps went around the camp. "Snowstorm is no longer with us but is in peace in Star Clan"
