Title--- Sweetpea the Silent

Question--- Why can't Sweetpea talk like the other animals in the film?

Answer--- He's actually speaking in a different language.

Evidence--- His chirps.

Theory--- Sweetpea and Ripper are among the few animals who don't talk during the film. Ripper wears a muzzle over his mouth so there's that. However, Sweetpea doesn't talk at all. But that's not necessarily true since he chirps and tweets. I believe that Sweetpea speaks a language I'm just gonna call "parakeet". I wouldn't be surprised if the other pets tried to learn some parakeet to communicate easier with Sweetpea.

Unanswered Question--- Do the other pets, if this theory is true, know some parakeet?
