A starry night.

The white clouds in the sky were less visible now, the stars shines brightest, and the moonlight reflected off her skirt.

The beautiful night sky filled Nightmare with ease as she sat down looking up at it. A soft touch was felt in her hand.

She turned around, it wasn't who she expected it to be.

"Huh what?!" She exclaimed. It was girl, who looked like her. But she had bright yellow eyes and wings that looked like sharp glass.

"Who are you?!" She asked. The regular Nightmare knew who this was. The radiant version of her. The one that ended up to have a happy ending, just like her.

"Your Radiant? Right?" Night asked. Her hair still flowed in the wind. The other nodded. "Yes."

"Well then it nice to meet you. I thought you were someone else." Night giggled. Radiant put her hand on Night's shoulder.

It was unexpected comfort.

"Wha-"

"It seems that you have a healthy relationship with Dream. Am I correct?" Radiant asked.

Her voice was gentle and calm, just the way Night wanted it.

"I suppose not...Dream's got mixed feelings on me..but I try to not let it get to my head." Night explained. Radiant nodded once more.

They both decided to sit on a bench together, to watch Te night sky.

To be honest, Radiant's glow really reminded Night of her first encounter with Dream.

Meanwhile with Dream.

He was doing paperwork in his office, scanning every single word to make sure that he was understanding the complaint.

"This is ridiculous." He said. He placed the paper down. Corrupt smiled at him.

"That's a lot of stuff you've been doing." He said. That startled Dream for a second.

He turned around to face the devil looking mess. "What...who are you." Dream asked.

Corrupt just simply sighed and sat on the chair Blue usually sat on. He rested is head on his hand and decided to answer the question.

"I'm you obviously. Just....a little different." He smirked. Dream glared at him. He was not going to deal with this.

"You're went through the phase of corruption I presume? You certainly don't act like me."

"Oh yes, definitely." Corrupt answered. Something about Corrupt's wings made Dream feel a bit uneasy.

But it might've been the fact that his radiant spirit had been removed, and so he wished that would never happen.

"Listen. Whatever your trying to do...I don't care." Dream snapped. He wanted him gone as fast as possible, the feeling of uneasiness was becoming harder to bare.

"Is my presence bothering you? That's normal." Corrupt smiles at him. He tilted his other side's head up. "It's your fate."

Dream slapped Corrupt's hand away from him.

"No it isn't! You keep away your plans of corrupting me or I will call guards on you!" Dream fumed. Corrupt sighed.

"Guards don't do anything." He started.

Dream watched in fear as the presence became stronger.

"They didn't come when I needed them, so what about you? Ha, they could careless." Corrupt continued coming closer with every sentence he said.

"Nightmare always was a hassle however." Corrupt said.

Dream paused and looked at him. A faint feeling of regret washes over him. Nightmare has escaped prison once again, and now he was left with nothing.

"What do you know, she was just trying to reach out. But I was to blind to see that." Dream snapped. Corrupt rolled his eyes.

"Nightmare has gained the radiant abilities, thinking she can defeat me." Corrupt explained. Dream crossed his arms, as Corrupt stared at the stained glass window.

"A radiant? Haha, Nightmare would never." Dream laughed. Corrupt looked at him. "Oh yes she would."

Dream's expression changed.

"She...gained the abilities? And she's been able to maintain them? How is that possible." Dream asked.

"You underestimate her power."

Dream looked down at the paperwork he was supposed to do. He didn't care about it at this point.

If his brother gained his same abilities, it would make it harder for him. But radiance changes per person.

"Her ability?" Dream questioned.

"Invisibility. I find that quite lucky if I do say so myself." Corrupt answered. Slowly tapping on the desk.

"That would certainly make things harder...alas, more problems for me." Dream scowled in annoyance.

"Dang...you two should really talk it out." Radiant said. Nightmare frowned, her expression sad, and worrisome.

"I had just recently escaped from the prison...it was during the big masquerade that he found out.." Night explained.

Radiant stood there, and opened a portal.

"It shouldn't hurt to try." Radiant said and smiled. Night liked her presence, it was like a guardian angel.

"I'll protect you if anything happens."

They teleported to JR, specifically to Dream's office. Dream was startled once again by the sudden appearance.

Radiant stared at Corrupt.

"What?! How is he here?!" Radiant brought out a weapon. Corrupt glared at the glowing girl.

"I just want to talk." Corrupt snapped. Radiant lowered down her weapon and stared blankly at him.

"Dream." Nightmare said suddenly. Dream looked at her, ashamed to even call himself her friend.

"Look, I know I'm horrible. It was a bad decision to come here." Dream explained.

Nightmare shook her head.

"That's not what I'm here for. I just want to make peace." Nightmare said. Radiant suddenly grabbed Night's hand.

"Corrupt's here and it's not safe we have to leave now." Radiant insisted. Dream looked at her, pleasantly surprised.

"You certainly have gained something." Dream said. Radiant looked at him.

"Oh uh this..? It's nothing much...I mean, you were the one who did this to me." Radiant said. Dream nodded.

"The plan worked didn't it. My attempts to kill her didn't succeed, so I did this instead, at I correct?" Dream asked.

"Yes. I wish that you two would both make up, this isn't the healthy relation that I was expecting..." Radiant added.

Night stared at Corrupt, surprised to see the devil version of her brother.

"Woah...not this is something I don't see everyday.." Night said. Corrupt scoffed.

"Of course not. This is a rare outcome. That stupid bird would never like to gain this kind of power." He answered.

Dream stopped talking to Radiant for a second to glance at Corrupt. "Excuse me I am not stupid."

"Sure you are. I mean come on! How oblivious can you be?!" Corrupt yelled.

Dream it the table in anger. "I did not choose to become a demon! Nor am I ever going to become one!"

Corrupt looked at him with just plain disappointment.

"You know, I thought the same thing yet I'm this this now. We really are the same person." He said.

Radiant stopped the fight and went in between the two of them.

"That's enough of you two."
