(3rd person's POV)

~Flashback~

Meera and Samaira where sitting back to back in the balcony enjoying some fresh air and trying to count stars*lol*

"Meera you know one speciality about yourself which you have never noticed?" asked Samaira.

"Mmm! Mrs. Samaira, what are you talking about?they are so many speciality, Hehe!! " Meera replied with a grin on her.

"Twinkle Twinkle little star,
If u know what you are???,
Mental hospital is not that far "Samaira tells and starts running.

"You call me mental?you just wait!" Meera yells chasing Samaira.

Samaira ran and hid behind her mother "Oh God, you both started again?" Mahira(Samaira's mom) tell's grinning.

"Aunty see her..... She is telling me a mental" Meera explain's and Mahira just laughed.

"See, mom is also on my side... She is laughing" Samaira tells, sticking her tongue out.

"Oiee, I'm leaving from here" tells Mahira laughing hard.

Meera caught samaira.
"Mrs. Sam, now tell who is mental?" Meera said evil smirking.

"You the great!! Duh!!" Samaira yells, smirking back and sticking her tongue out again.

"Ugh! Okay....Twinkle Twinkle little star I too have a mental star" tells Meera sticking her tongue out this time.

"Lol!! thanqu, thanqu... Your side affect by the way" tells Samaira being proud of herself.

"Oo, I see" tells Meera crossing her arms around her chest.

"Okay, okay."

"Meer, should I call dad to drop you home?"

"No! no! Aakil is coming to pick me up"

Meera's father left her mom when she was 2 because her father Rashid never liked her mother Zenaat.
Her mother alone took care of them but when Meera was 10.... Her mom also passed away as she was suffering from cancer. From that time Aakil Malik, her elder brother never let Meera feel lonely, he gave Meera all the happiness in her life. Meera's life was Aakil and Aakil's life was Meera.

"Okay" they heard the door bell ring.

"I guess he came....I will get my bag" Meera tells and leaves.

Samaira opens the door and greets,
"Assalm alaikum"

Aakil didn't reply he was lost in her.
From when Meera and Samaira were friends from that time, Aakil had a crush on her....He always thought Samaira was perfect for him. Aakil was planning to tell her parents but was a little nervous.

He came out of his thoughts when Samaira cleared her throat.

"Sorry, Assalm alaikum!" said Aakil.

"Walaikum assalm, come in" Samaira said forcing a smile. Samaira every time caught him staring at her, but kept quite as she was least interested in this type of things. She just had one aim in her life to became a doctor.

"Meera is coming, she is gone to take her bag" explains Samaira.

"That's fine!" Aakil tells with a grin.
His heart was beating at the top speed....... He wanted to tell her that he liked her very badly it was being hard for him to keep his feelings for himself.

"Where is Aunty and uncle?" asked Aakil.

"Mmm! They are in their room they were tired so" explained Samaira.

" Oh, Okay okay" he tells. He could not stop himself but just stare and her.

She felt strange from his stare.
Samaira always saw him as a brother.
Samaira liked only one thing in him, his care towards Meera.

Aakil wanted to give the ring which he was carrying from days to Samaira, he wanted to tell her parents first
But unfortunately he couldnt keep up his feelings to himself.

"Aakil, just give" he whispered to himself.

He got up and took the box from his pocket, he opened the box.

Samaira was about to faint, she was yelling at Meera for taking this much time in her brain. When she saw him who was giving her the ring box.

She got angry but controlled
" What's this?" she asked.

"Samaira this is for you, I wanted to give you this from many days but couldn't..." he took a breath and again continued "Samaira I really like you a lot from start, but could not tell you. I was about to ask your parents to" he stammered.

Meera was enjoying watching them from up, She already knew Aakil liked her. Meera was now scared how Samaira will react. She was caring for her brother more here.

Samaira was shocked at what just happened.. Her mind was not working.

"You can take your time" Aakil said nervously.

"See, I'm sorry but always saw you as a brother more then Meera's brother nothing more then this. I'm sorry I can't accept anything from you, my parents have not lowered me with this morals" she tells with all her courage.

"And let me also tell you I'm not interested in love,I don't like this things... I would have kicked you out of my house till now if you were not Meera's brother. I'm going to marry the person who my parents choose for me, whom they want me to get married to and whom they think is perfect for me," She said before leaving.

Aakil was really hurt, his heart was broken but somewhere felt it was his mistake.

Meera slowly comes down, she was sad to. she already knew some thing like this would happen.

"Bro! Let's go" Meera tells after telling Samaira bye.

Meera was stuck in between she could not see both of them sad.

They both left, the drive to home was in complete silence.

"Bro!! In Shaa Allah, everything will be fine but how cooly you almost proposed her, didn't you have patience, you knew right she didn't like this type of things. Leave now what happens, happens for good.
You don't be sad now, just have sabr(patience).....Put your whole trust on Allah(swt)" Meera said,before exiting the car.
"Come fast, Im waiting."

Samaira's words were ringing in his ears, he was cursing himself for this, he thought Meera was right he should have been little patient. He thought he ruined his own life, as she hate's him more now.

Tomorrow was Meera's wedding but Aakil was stuck with his work.
When he got a call from Meera whose blood was boiling because he didn't reach till now as before he had many plans towards her marriage.

"Assalm alaikum!" Meera greeted.

"Walaikum assalm!" Aakil replied.

"Where on earth are you?"

"Chill! I'm coming!"

"Did you get your 'so called' bestie's invitation?"

Aakil was confused for one sec. "Who?"

"Zubair!"

"What?? He is getting married?"

"Yes! That too tomorrow my marriage day"

"Woeh! He didn't even tell me?"

"Guess? Who's the bride?"

"Meera! Why should I know, why should even care?"

"Because it's Samaira"

"What??" after hearing this Aakil was broken, fustrated without hanging the call he threw the phone in the back seat and started driving.

On the other side of the call Meera was still talking, when she was not getting any reply she was worried, she wanted to tell him that Samaira is not that happy with this marriage.

Aakil was thinking about Samaira 'how did she agreeed to marry him not me?' He was so lost, he didn't notice truck coming from other side, when he realised it was hard to control the speed he was driving. He couldn't control the speed and so dashed he tree.

After few minutes Meera gets a call from the hospital, she rushes.

The doctor tells,
"He lost much blood, but he is out of danger now but Miss. Malik he also lost his memory"

After hearing this her broken heart, was broken into more tiny pieces.

When she enter's the room, she was shocked

He asked her "Who are you?"
She couldn't take this pain anymore, he didn't even remember her sister.

All the memories flashed back, she remembered the planning they had done for Meera's marriage, she was so hurt that his brother can't even remember her, she was never expecting her marriage without Aakil.

On the marriage she received a letter which her mother had said to give it to her on the day of her marriage. She was fully in the tears after reading that.

Her mother had given her blessing,said her to be patient.. And the last thing she wrote was don't be dependent on others see your dad. Also left me because he didn't like me, he liked her cousin Mahira who was your bestie's mother, but unfortunately Mahira's father didn't wanted This, so he fixed Mahira marriage with Farhan due to This your father met in an accident as he started drinking.

Her heart was shattered in million pieces. After that she got a call from Fahad's dad, she happily agreed to blackmail Samaira. Because firstly she didn't wanted Zubair to marry Samaira because she thought her brother wouldn't like it and she didn't wanted to see Samaira and her family happy after all Samaira and her family destroyed her family. She blamed samaira and Samaira's parents for destroying her family.

"Dear bestie, I know you need me. No worries!I'm coming to create problems in your life, my love" says Meera's, planning to take next step and destroy Samaira's happiness.
