Author: Hello ladies and gentlemen! Below, are the details of the Oc's in this story and I'm re-using Leo for this story but, I've added a new oc for this story.

Also sorry, if I went a bit over board with the details but, there mainly like that to help me, write the characters.

Another thing I want to mention is that between the brothers, Leo is going to be a bit more focused on then his brother.

-Skills: Leo mostly relies on his semblance but, is very skilled with it. His swordsman skills are also above the average person. He's also capable of fighting someone hand to hand. But, his shooting skills still need to be worked on.
-Semblance: Fire Powers; Can shoot out fire, blast out fire to speed himself, his blood acts like gasoline (Only if in contact with HIS Fire.) and he can turn his whole body on fire.
-Outfit: Red hoodie, necklace with a fire symbol, white top, blue jeans and red/white sneakers. (Couldn't find a good pic)
-Weapon: A Desert Eagle pistol which turns into a katana (Imagine flicking the muzzle up and a sword pops out). The sword is fueled with Leo's blood allowing him to make it go on fire... but, re-fueling it is... a... bitch.

-Likes: Teasing his brother and making jokes.
-Dislikes: People hurting his brother.
-Personality: Sarcastic, protective, creative and is kind.
-Skills: Jack is skilled with using his semblance but, doesn't always have to relie on it, in battles. He's very skilled with his axe but, his movements with it are slow. He's an expert when it comes to his shotgun and is able to kick someone's ass to the ground with no weapon's.
-Semblance: Ice Powers; Can form ice weapons, Shoot out ice, freeze things, create ice walls and turn his body into ice armour (Also harden certain parts of his body with his).
-Outfit: Blue sweater, belt with an ice symbol, black neat jeans, has a pair of sunglasses with him and has black/blue sneakers. (No pic)
-Weapon: A battle Axe that's able to turn into a shotgun but, if Jack ever loses his weapon or doesn't have it on him, he's able to form ice weapons but, there more easier to break.

History
When Jack (Age 8) and Leo (Age 6) were just kids, their parents argued constantly and ignored them. The boys had to take care of themselves because of this, with Jack having to look out for his younger brother.

But, one night their parents argument got a little heated, causing their father to take his rage out onto his youngest son, Leo. After Jack witness his brother being beaten by their father, he decided to pack his and his brother's belongings and run away from home. Knowing that if his brother stayed their, he would get more then just bruises.

After traveling around a lot, they came across many people that help taught them to defend themselves and how to use weapons. After training with multiple people on their travels, they eventually unlocked their aura's and discovered their semblance's, which made them begin training how to them.

After a few years of traveling, they eventually came across a city called Vale. They didn't have any Lien to be able to afford any food or shelter, which forced them to the life of crime. One day, they found a man who owns a private building. He came across the two and offered Lien, in exchange that they worked for him.

In desperate need of some Lien, they accepted without hesitation. Now, they go around Vale robbing places of Lien and giving it back to their Boss who give's them their cut of the reward. Most people of Vale have noticed the brothers crimes and have decided to name them "Phoeonix & Freeze" but, nobody has yet to find out the boy's identity's because of the outfits they wear for the jobs they do.

But, that's all about to change as a man who enjoys his coffee a lot, gains an interest about the boy's...

Author: Lastly the story is mainly going to focus on the brothers so, like if team RWBY, JNPR or anyone else are talking about the brothers, I'll switch to their povs!

Hopefully this story will go well, I've been planning it out and I just hope I can write it well. Besides, this story will help me to try and improve on my writing!
