I stood on the road with my prey. I didn't want to leave it, but I am very curious about this. What should I do? I eventually leapt to the bushes and crawled in. The sound I had heard was getting closer and louder! Through the hole, I could see a huge monster with four wheels. I am used to these coming around, but not often do they come out. That's why I was surprised when four humans stepped out of it! They were holding weird thingys, and I think I'll show you. Again, I don't know what these are, but they look dangerous!

Then, two dogs with enormous paws leapt out, What were they doing? Who knows what they are doing! One of the dogs put its nose to the ground and suddenly his head shot up. Uh oh. I wonder what that means? The dogs both barked and tore after my bushes. Where they going after me? I didn't know. But either way, it's time to run.. I bolted, alerting the dogs, who gave an excited woof. By the time I was in the thick, tangly foliage, they were almost on my heels. The wind was blowing towards me, and harbored the smell of humans. They are too loud! I had run for half an hour when I felt my chest heaving. Sure, this happens when we run, but there were two dogs and humans behind me! I felt myself slow down, and I accepted my fate. I felt the tearing of the dogs and the excited noises of the humans. Everything went by in a whirlwind. The dogs held me down securely as the humans came closer. I roared and writhed around. In my pain and agony, I left a deep gash on one of the human's legs. A man in a long white coat who smelt of gunpowder and blood harshly whipped the weird thing from earlier around my neck. I felt a fire building up inside of me, but I held back. They loaded me onto a ramp on the back of the monster and I abided. Then, they did something horrible! I will never forget the panic as they pushed me into a tiny cage. It slammed shut and they laughed. I was sent into a total fury. I ripped and tore and roared at anything that came near. The humans stepped back quickly, and I felt good. But then, the human in the white coat pointed a black stick at me.

I heard a loud bang and a flash. I collapsed in pure pain as they laughed cruelly. The last thing I felt was the monster start rumbling, and then the rolling of the wheels on the dirt.
