To say that Usagi Tsukino was shocked at her friends taking her to Minako's house for a rest could have been the understatement of the century. She blinked slowly, trying to take all the information around her in. She was at Minako's place. Now that Ami had mentioned it, all of a sudden Usagi noticed things around her that she wouldn't have if she hadn't treated all this as some sort of epiphany. But why? Why was she here? The last thing she remembered was sleeping on the park bench at Ichi-No-Hashi park, feeling very dizzy. She still had a, well, dizziness hangover from that moment that didn't seem to go away.

Resting on Minako's study nook, there was three volumes of some magical girl manga and a pair of red goggles. Minako had never told Usagi what it was like to be Sailor V. Whilst it might have not been much different than her becoming Sailor Moon, Minako had just newly turned thirteen when she was Sailor V! She had the immaturity of a ten year old with the superiority complex of an eighteen year old. That mixed together could not have possibly had gone well for Artemis. At least, that was Usagi's thought process when glancing at the desk.

In a pencil box on the desk, there was a red marker, a black pen and a very blunt, almost broken, pencil. Hidden among those was a golden crescent shaped compact that she'd heard Minako gloat about using before. She wasn't exactly sure how her red-bow-wearing friend got that, but her theory was that it probably came from Artemis, like the way she got her first transformation brooch from Luna. Pinned up on a orange bordered cork board were various images, stuck on there with yellow pins.

There was one of Minako dressed in her volleyball uniform, playing a game. The red sticky-note next to it read 'last win of the season! Minako hits it and opponent misses!' Usagi saw a couple other pictures stuck to the board, most notably one of Minako transformed into Sailor V for what looked like the first time, clearly stunned at the costume. Stuck on the pin next to it was Minako's first article in the paper, only named and acknowledged as her hero identity, the phantom champion of justice, Sailor V. The next photo was one of Minako next to a friend of hers, who looked suspiciously like Ami, with the sticky note reading, "Confession time with Higurashi-Senpai!" Next to those words was a badly drawn heart symbol.

He must've been her crush. Minako-chan's first love! Hee-hee! Usagi thought to herself mischievously. She looked around the room which was adorned with hearts and roses. Usagi didn't find herself surprised by this, though. Minako always took pride in her identity of Sailor Venus. She took almost too much pride in it. She did a double take, the colours in the room so bright they made her overwhelmed.

"I... don't quite understand why I'm here," Usagi admitted sleepily, tired from the amount of observing she'd done. She felt like she'd just ran a marathon, even though she hadn't even stuck a limb outside Minako's bed. "If anyone could explain, it'd be... appreciated." The teenager felt herself begin to get sleepy, so smacked herself with a pillow to keep herself awake.

"To put it in the simplest way possible, Usagi-chan, we were very worried about you," Ami told Usagi, giving her a worried glance upon seeing the girl continually smack herself silly with the pillow. "We saw what happened at the park when you rejected Mamoru. That, as you know, after expressing your true feelings... you blacked out."

"You got so dizzy that it was impossible to get you to stand up for more than a few seconds," Minako added to the conversation, taking the decorative pillow away from Usagi so she would stop smacking herself with it. "We were so worried, Usagi. To tell the truth, apart from in that battle, we had never seen you in that state before. You seemed crazed. Until Haruka-san gave you a hug and whispered to you, you wouldn't stop crying and collapsing."

"To tell the truth, Dumpling-chan," Haruka told the odango wearing blonde, a small smirk on her face upon seeing the pillow snatched away from Usagi. "You were never cured of that state. Even after your episodes stopped, you wouldn't stop crying. You were screaming and crying for hours and hours. The only thing that we thought could fix it was to put you to bed. We all know you love to sleep, so we thought it'd help."

"And then you screamed in absolute agony," Michiru and Rei reminded the blonde in unison, Michiru staring down at her mirror.

"We didn't know what happened. And now, you're awake," Ami finished.

Usagi froze, body beginning to shake without her control. She felt tears prickle at her eyes as she glanced around the room at her friends and girlfriend. So that's what had happened after she fell asleep on the bench. No wonder she couldn't remember a thing, no wonder they were all surrounding her worriedly. She remembered what she had said to Mamoru. She had given the high-school student the withering truth. That they couldn't be together. And then she had that dream. She had seen Sailor Pluto, and the Guardian of the Time Gate had shown her the future. Were her episodes of dizziness her punishment for not following through with destiny? She didn't understand.

She heaved an enormous sigh. "I-I had a dream too. I-It was about the future," she stammered out nervously, shaking all the while. She didn't like that dream. She didn't like this feeling at all. "S-Sailor Pluto m-made me recall that awful battle that lead to the course of the future we're on n-now. Y-You all, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Venus... You nearly died in that fight! If you had died, it would've been my f-fault! Yeah, that's me! Usagi the Idiot!" Tears fell from her eyes, she was shaking.

Haruka wrapped an arm around her. "Dumpling-chan, everything will be alright. None of this is your fault!" the platinum blonde reassured her.

Usagi ignored her. "Chibi-Usa, wherever you are... take me to the Gates of Time! Take me to Sailor Pluto!" she shouted out.
