Spencer manages to find a rundown factory to hide in. FInding it was one thing, but getting inside was a whole other struggle. At one point she just had to crawl. And crawling hurt. Everything hurt. Something told Spencer that the fact that she wasn't healing, wasn't normal. For her at least.

In the abandoned factory Spencer comes across a dirty hoodie and pulls it on. She was cold and covered in blood. She gave zero fucks about how dirty it was. Spencer leans against a support beam and looks down at her leg. Blood streams out of her leg where her bone is sticking out. In the dim light Spencer can see a strange yellow tint to the blood. Somehow she knows that means it's extremely ozygenized, and there for an arterial bleed. Not good.

Spencer sucks in a rugged breath. She knows what she has to do, and she has to do it before she passes out to blood loss. As she reaches down to her leg she sucks in a pained breath. Spencer yelps as she grabs her foot and with one quick movement, her bone snaps back into place. Her own scream echoes in her ears. Spencer sobs in pain, but through her teary vision she sees her bone back in place.

She has to work fast. Spencer bites the hem of the hoodie and rips off a long shred. As she presses it to her bleeding wound she bites her lip, which causes her to draw blood. The ripping of the hoodie quickly becomes soaked with blood, and Spencer whimpers as she presses down harder. She has to stop the blood flow first.

Spots fill Spencer's vision and bile crawls up her throat. Spencer swallows it and shutters. Her spotty vision remains and she lifts up the shredding. The bleeding has stopped enough to tie a tighter tourniquet. Spencer rips another strip off the hoodie and ties it tightly around her leg, lower than her previous one. Now she needs a splint.

Spencer looks around and finds a piece of bark. It's not much, but it'll serve its purpose. She whimpers as she reaches for it. Spencer rips off another strip and ties it and the bark around her leg. Once it's done she leans her head back and sighs. It's not her best work, but it's done with what she had.

Then the crash hits her. The adrenaline comes to a scary halt and Spencer feels it all at once. All the pain, sadness, fear and longingness boils up to her brim and Spencer can't hold it back any longer. Heavy, heart wrenching sobs reign throughout the factory as Spencer cries.

Tony hasn't slept. He went through the whole night searching. For something. Anything. For Spencer. The feeling in his chest was scaring him. Spencer was out there alone, and hurt. He looked up any strange electrical events, or even signs of hacking, anywhere. In his system, in SHIELD's. Anywhere that Spencer might have gone to for help. She's a genius. She knows how to find help.

Steve steps into the common room and raises an eyebrow at Tony as he downs his 6th cup of coffee. He walks over to Natasha who is sitting on the couch, watching him too. They watch as Tony subtly rubs his chest and Steve raises an eyebrow. "Problems with the reactor?" He asks. Natasha shakes her head. "No. It's something else." She tilts her head and narrows her eyes at the screen. "He's looking for something."

Steve glances at Natasha. "Or someone." Natasha nods. He could be searching for Spencer. Which was strange. Tony would actually encourage everyone to not look for her, because if they found her, then so would Ross. So what made him do it? Steve stands and walks over to Tony, and his highly enhanced ears pick up on his incomprehensible mumbling. "Have to... Something wrong- not safe..." Steve raises an eyebrow and looks back at Natasha.

She shrugs so Steve steps closer to Tony. "Tony? What's wrong?" Tony doesn't seem to hear him, so Steve tries again, this time grabbing Tony's shoulder. "Tony-" He is suddenly cut off by Tony shoving him away. "Don't touch me!" He quickly goes back to doing whatever it is he's doing. Steve stares at him in shock. Natasha stands and walks off to the med lab. When Tony gets like this, it's best to sedate him.

"Stark," Steve tries again. "What is going on?" Tony shakes his head and starts to viciously type. Steve moves so he is standing in Tony's line of view. "Stark." He says more firmly this time. Tony once again brushes him off. Steve sighs. "Tony, listen we're all here for you, we understa-" Tony whips around, cutting Steve off, pointing a finger in his.

"No! Don't say that to me! None of you understand!" He points at himself. "My daughter is out there, suffering!" Tony clutches his chest and Steve slowly puts his hands up in surrender. "I feel it! Someone hurt my baby girl! I have to find her!" Steve glances at Natasha as she sneaks up on Tony. "I have to-" Natasha jabs the syringe in Tony's neck and his eyes flutter. Steve catches him before he hits his head.

Steve and Natasha share a look, then Steve lifts Tony up into his arms. "Did you hear what he said?" Natasha nods, and looks at Tony. "Do you think he's right? Do you think someone hurt her?" She asks as they start walking over to the couch. Steve places Tony down, and drapes a throw blanket over him. "I don't know, but you know how he got when Spencer was hurt before." They both look down at Tony. "It wasn't pretty."

Loki peers around the corner at Tony. He overheard everything. A part of him thinks he should tell them that Tony is right, but would make them believe him? Would they even be able to help her? It's their accords that screwed up Spencer's life, and so many others. Including his.

Loki looks down at his foot. She's found some sort of treatment, and stemming from the pain he is still feeling, it's her own. He knows how injured she is. She'll live, but she may never be the same again. Mentally or physically. Humans are different from Asgardians. More fragile. Breakable. But Loki feels as though Spencer is stronger than most. Probably stronger than anyone in this universe.

She's been through enough to make someone break down in tears just hearing about it. And you know what? She continues to fight. Fight like there's no tomorrow. Loki knows she'll survive, but maybe surviving isn't enough. She needs to live. To thrive. To be loved.
