Going out to eat with Jake started to become a regular thing for Spencer. And so would memory loss. She's been trying so hard to figure out how it is happening, but without her memory of how she figures things out well, she's not really getting too far.

She can't even remember where she is from at this point. Names. She knows a few names and faces, but she can't pinpoint who they are to her. Spencer also knows she's on the run, she just... doesn't know what from.

Jake has noticed how distant she can be at times. He's tried asking, but it's hard to communicate with someone who doesn't want to talk. At least he's discovered she likes pizza. Loves it actually. Jake watches Spencer as she bites into the pizza, staring at it as if she's had better. "So how did you become so good with technology?" Spencer glances at him and shrugs. Jake frowns. "You don't know, or you don't want to tell me?" Spencer frowns. She honestly doesn't know.

Jake sighs. He's really been trying to figure Spencer out ever since he met her. There's something about her that he feels the need to know. Jake looks away from her and frowns seeing a new report on the news. "Hey," He calls to the owner of the restaurant. He points to the TV. "Can you turn that up?" The owner nods and turns it up.

"Today the Avengers have called for a press conference." Spencer stops mid chew, inclining her head to listen. That name. So familiar. "It is said that they accepting one of their former enemies into their ranks. The man that brought aliens down onto New York: Loki of Asgard." Spencer drops her pizza and whips around to look at the screen. On it is the Avengers. All their faces make Spencer's stomach churn.

Especially Loki's face. Why...? How does she know him? That face is so damn familiar. Spencer shakes her head ever so slightly. New York. She'll find her answers in New York.

Jake watches in confusion as Spencer grabs her jacket and runs out of the restaurant. He looks at the news report and clenches his jaw and runs out of the restaurant after Spencer. He's not letting her get away.

Tony was not happy. Nor was a majority of the Avengers. Why? Because He was joining them. Loki. Thor had said that his brother had changed after going missing for almost a year. That he was good. None of them believed it. Not one bit.

Loki looks at the Avengers as they glare at him. "I don't like it." Clint blurts out. Loki rolls his eyes. "I don't any of us do." Thor steps in front of Loki, making the mischief god roll his eyes, once again. He doesn't need the oaf to protect him. Loki slips out of the meeting room and starts to wander the halls of the Avengers Mansion. It's different than he imagined. Different from how she described it.

Loki still hadn't forgiven himself for what happened. He doesn't think he ever will. He wasn't able to protect her like he swore he would. Now she was alone. If he could just go back.... Fix his mistakes, then maybe, just maybe she wouldn't be so lost.

"So you know the plan, right?" Spencer asks Blue for the hundredth time. Blue sighs and nods. "You've told me enough, yes." Spencer sighs and sits on her bed. "Sorry. I just want to get out of here." Blue hums. "As do I."

Spencer nods to herself and once the camera is not facing her she pulls out her sheet from under the bed and continues to tie it into a rope. Blue eyes the strange method. "Where did you learn to do that?" Spencer glances at him and shrugs. "'Tom and Jerry: The Movie.' I watched it with my mom when I was a kid." Blue purses his lips. "Is it any good?" Spencer nods and continues to tie. "Yeah, it's about a girl who is trying to get back home to her father." Spencer frowns. "How ironic."

Blue glances at her. "Do you really believe you'll get to be with your father again?" Spencer shrugs. "I don't know. But that doesn't mean I can't get out of this place." Spencer finishes off the knot and nods to herself. "You ready?" She asks Blue. He nods. "I am." Spencer nods and tosses the rope over the pipe above her and stands on her bed. She ties the rope into a noose and looks at blue. "Let's do this."

Loki closes his eyes and walks into his room, and up to the TV, Thor has told him about the voice in the walls. It obeys commands. "FRIDAY?" Loki asks sceptically. "Yes?" The AI responds, causing Loki to jump. He looks around making sure no one sees it and sits down. "Play the film 'Tom and Jerry: The Movie'." The screen turns on and Loki begins to watch the movie.

Spencer runs into her hotel room and begins to frantically throw her things into a duffle bag. She needs to leave. Something inside her is telling her she needs to get to New York.

Jake leans in the doorway of Spencer's hotel room and watches her pack. "Where are you going?" Spencer jumps and looks at him. She shakes her head and goes back to packing. Jake raises an eyebrow. "New York?" Spencer briefly pauses before she continues to pack. Jack laughs bitterly and steps into the room, closing the room behind him. "I can't let you do that." Right as Spencer turns to look at him Jake pistol-whips her with a gun he had hidden in his belt.

Spencer scoots away from him, a look of betrayal on her face. She touches her cheek and Jake continues to advance on her. "I was really hoping you'd make my job easier and just come with me." He crouches down in front of Spencer and reaches up to touch her face. Spencer tries to jerk away, but Jake grabs her face. "You are not going to New York." He hits her again, effectively knocking her out.
