Spencer manages to compose herself. She doesn't know how honestly. It could be her drive to complete her mission, or just that fact that she felt totally and completely numb. This feeling gave her Vuja de. While similar to deja vu, vuja de made you feel something familiar, yet strange and unknown at the same time. She's felt numb before, sure, but not like this. She felt drained and... ugh, she can't even describe it. All she knows is that she doesn't like it and wants it to stop.

She was now in the hallway that leads to the common room, and then the elevator down to the server room. She just had to turn off the cameras in that room and- "We need to coordinate this. They are in the building, there is no doubt in that." Spencer freezes. A strong authority voice echoes down the hallway. It sounds familiar and Spencer frowns. She knows that voice and that person it belongs to but... Why can't she put a name to them?

"What if we break off into pairs of two?" A voice suggests. Strange, that voice is just the same. Familiar, yet just out of reach. "If this is how sadly uncoordinated you all are, then I truly have no idea how you beat me." A new voice grumbles. That one really hits Spencer. "Blue?" She finds herself asking air. Spencer frowns. Blue. What a strange name. She wonders who it belongs to. Had she known them, right?

Spencer shakes her head and peaks around the corner, careful that her hood hides her face. She raises her hand and with a sudden movement, the lights in the common room go out. There are several shouts in surprise and Spencer takes the moment to dash across the room. She crouches down behind a couch, heart thumping in her chest. "What was that Stark?" The authority voice asks. Spencer glances around the couch and finds the source of the voice. A buff blonde with short cut hair nearly towers over the rest of the group.

"I'm not sure. It happened in the hallway a few minutes ago." Spencer hides back around the couch and takes a deep, shaky breath. She needs a distraction. Good things she has something in place. Quietly she pulls a remote out of her pocket and presses the button. Three seconds go by, then a loud BOOM shakes the building. "What the hell?!" Everyone rushes out of the room and Spencer smiles in relief. She peaks around the couch to make sure everyone is gone, then stands and runs into the elevator.

The ride down is miserable and the gentle music playing enerves Spencer. She's so close to her goal, but she can't act rashly. There is still a possibility that she could get caught, and this whole plan could get blown out the window (Not that Spencer wouldn't mind just leaving it be. She still hates Ross). Finally the elevator opens and Spencer rushes into the server room. It's only a matter of time before FRIDAY reboots and warnes the team.

She finds the server tower she needs and plugs her laptop in, hacking into the AI and shutting it down directly. Spencer smiles softly and gets to getting what she needs. The files begin loading into her laptop, and then her thumb drive. She breezes through Ross's networks (Which totally suck by the way) and begins downloading everything from him as well. Spencer hears the elevator ding, meaning someone summoned it. Shit. They are onto her. She has to hurry this up.

As each file slides into the download she notices that several of them are in a forein language. Some in German, and Russain, but every now and again she scans past one in english. From just skimming past them Spencer can tell that Ross has been setting up meetings with some diplomat on matters about the Accords. The diplomat's name doesn't strike familiarity with Spencer, but then again her memory kinda sucks right now so she shouldn't rely on it.

The elevator dings and Spencer's heart drops. With a twist of her hand the lights in the server room burst. "They are down here. I can hear them." Spencer frowns as she finishes up. That voice again. It makes her heart ache just like it had when she saw her father and Peter. "Fan out. This room is huge." Three pairs of footsteps spread out, one heading in Spencer's direction. As the footsteps near, Spencer bites her lip. Finally it reaches 100% and she pulls the thumb drive out and begins to run away, but someone grabs her, holding a knife to her neck.

"Don't move." Spencer's eyes widen in panic. She needs to get out of here, she needs to- The figure holding her, whips her around, pulling off her hood. Spencer stares back at a man dressed in green, with equally vibrant eyes of the same color. The dagger in their hand falls to the floor and Spencer begins to back away. "Skjaldmær." He whispers. Spencer shakes her head. This man... She feels as though she should know him, but nothing of him comes to mind.

"Stay away from me." She whispers, eyes darting around trying to find if the other two people were near. The man's eyes contort in pain and sadness. "You don't... You don't know who I am? Do you?" Spencer shakes her head, eyeing the elevator. The man sees this and grits his teeth. "Go." He tells her. Spencer looks at him in shock. The man nods, stepping aside. "Go." Spencer stares at him, calculating. For a moment she hesitates, then starts running at the elevator, but the man's arm stops her.

Their eyes meet and deep green forests meet the vibrant, open sky. "Just...." The man starts, tears forming in his eyes. "Come back home." Spencer gapes slightly as she sees the desperation in his eyes. The very same look she sees each time she looks in the mirror. She nods, unsure, then the man releases her and Spencer darts into the elevator.

Loki stares at the elevator for a moment, then looks around. Barton and Romanoff are coming his way. He'll need a cover story. Loki grabs his dagger off the ground, then plunges it into his abdomen. A bit dramatic, he knows, but he'll do whatever it takes to protect Spencer. No matter how much it pained him to see that she had no idea who he was. He 'falls' to the floor, then groans at the two assassins round the corner.

"Jeez, what happened to you?" Barton asks, unamused. Loki scowls at the man and pulls himself to his feet. "They had a knife." He mumbles as he hides his own in his coat. "Caught me by surprise." Loki holds his hand over his wound and looks at the elevator. The two assassins run off, waiting for the elevator. Loki's face falls once they are away from him. Now he can only hope Spencer makes it out on her own.
