I was walking to the cafeteria with Louis, talking about life as usually but then he brought up about the new spider-man, Ultimate Ice Spider. "Zack, have you heard what happened yesterday?" Louis asked smiling "No, not really?" I lied "And I thought you were rich..listen, yesterday a teenager showed up at the jewelry robbery and fought the villain, Chrome Man-" Louis explained as he was cut off by me "Chrome Man?" I questioned "That's what I'm calling him...also the Ice Spider mask was a bad taste for the guy." Louis said as I started laughing nervously "Y-yeah...s-sure w-w-was." I stuttered "Anyways, the guy beat the living crap out of Chrome Man, that sure was funny seeing how much Chrome Man sucked at his job." Louis said laughing "He calls himself, Ultimate Ice Spider..and I ain't gonna lie but it's a good name for someone following Ice Spider's legacy." I nodded and sat at a table after grabbing my food, Louis sat beside me, watching the news "This just in, a new spider comes out of the shadows after fighting a villain during the jewelry robbery." The news reporter said as a girl sat beside Louis looking at the news "Hey, Louis...Hello...Zachary." The girl said "Hey,Serena." Louis waved as I just stared at Serena...

-Serena's POV-

I was walking to a table at the cafeteria when I saw Louis, my friend since 5th Grade...and then there was the so called rich Parker, Zachary Benjamin Parker...we met last year at the Science Fair, his project was about web shooters, typical Spider-Man fan, while mine was a chemical changes to plants...unfortunately I lost since his so called "web shooter" project was magnificent, I was surprised in all honesty, but I vowed to make sure that he would not be first place again next science fair or ever. "Hey, Louis...Hello...Zachary." I said as I sat down and saw him staring at me and I stared back at him "So, Serena..still jealous about last year's Science Fair." Zack said as he smiled evilly "...you nasty little-" I said as Louis shouted out "OOH SERENA AND ZACK LOVE EACH OTHER!" and then most of the students in the cafeteria laughed and pointed at us while some just didn't care "great job, Louis." Zack said sarcastically "Your Welcom-" Louis said as I pulled him to me "He was sarcastic, Louis." I said letting go of Louis. "O-Oh...s-so should I-I start r-r-running?" Louis stuttered as I looked at Zack and he nodded "Yeah." We both said chasing Louis.

//Empire State Building,Manhattan,New York City//

-Zack's POV-

I stood on the ledge wearing a mask and a black hoodie waiting for Chase as I walked around looking down below "That sure is a deep fall." I said to myself "It sure is, Ultimate." Chase said wearing his Volt Spider suit "AH, DUDE I COULD'VE FELL TO MY OWN DEATH!" I yelled "But did you?" Volt asked "...No." I said looking down "Exactly, anyways I came here to give you something." Volt said "What is it then?" I asked walking towards him and he threw Chris's old suit I bumped into "Why are you giving me this...I can't wear your friend's suit." I said as I was trying to give him the suit back, but he pushed the suit back to me "Kid, you took down a villain without even avoiding it, you have powers now..and to be honest you disobeyed my orders to go home..You are just like Chris...he used to disobey orders to protect the people he loved, he obviously had powers and on the second day of getting his powers he took down a gang without avoiding it..that's a true Spider-Man..in a nutshell." Volt explained as I looked at the suit "You really want me to wear this suit, so bad?" I questioned as Volt just started making a "Just Do It" face on his mask as I took off my mask, shoes, hoodie and put on the suit.

"WOAH, COOL!!" I yelled "That's not all kid, just like Spider-Man's lenses they can squint, change color if you are using a different mode, per se, Thermal Mode..they would be red, the suit itself is metal, yet bendable..and that's about it..I guess." Volt said "Thanks, Chase..this means a lot." I said "No problem..anyways I have bills to pay, later." Volt said diving down and web swinging away.

-News Room-

"THIS NEW SPIDER-MAN HAS TO BE A JOKE, I MEAN SERIOUSLY A KID HAVING THE POWERS OF SPIDER-MAN, NOW THAT'S A LOT OF BULL -Censored- but if it's true that this kid has the powers of Spider-Man and stopped a robbery from Chrome Dome, yesterday..then let me ask you this question...IS HE A HERO OR A MEANCE?!" J Jonah Jameson said as the feed cut off.
