All blood drain from ragini's face as soon as those words escape from his lips. A girl sitting in a dark place folding her legs to her chest and buring her face in her knees flash in front of her eyes and she shiver. Sweat form on her forehead as she breath hard.

Laksh look into her eyes, which shows complete fear, and curse himself for asking her this question. Don't know what came over him suddenly that he blurted about it. Don't know why but it pain him to see her like that. Laksh took a deep breath shutting his eyes and let out a deep breath.

" I am sorry " mutter he and left from there.

Ragini collapsed on floor shutting her eyes tightly. Tears starts flowing from her eyes. Sanskaar who was searching ragini not finding her in class or canteen ,see laksh leaving the room. His feet drag him in front of the room unknowingly. He listen some sobbing sound and rush inside the room and look at ragini shocked.

" Dumbo " he rush towards her, kneel down and took her in his embrace.

" Shhh.. what happen. Tell me ..!! Why are you crying..?? Did laksh do something..?? " asked he worried rubbing her back to calm her down.

Her sobs died down feeling his presence.He kiss her forhead and cup her face wiping her tears with his thumbs. She look at him with pained eyes and his eyes became moist.

" What happened..?? " asked he again.

" He..He asked me ..w..what happened 14 years ago..! " said ragini in cracked voice and sanskaar hug her again shushing her. It pained him to see his childhood buddy like this. He shut his eyes for a moment and then open them letting out a deep breath.

" Ragu, You have to be brave. Nothing is going to happen.I am with you naaa..!! " said he cupping her face and she nodded and he gave her a small smile.

" Then stop sulking here. You are my fearless dumbo. Show everyone what you got. This is not you. " said he making strict face and a smile appeared on her lips.

" You don't look good when you are serious " said ragini chuckling, wiping the corner of her eyes.

" I know. I look hot when I am serious. Girls are ready to pounce upon me if they see my this look " said sanskaar with a wink and she rolled her eyes hitting his arm.

" Come. I am hungry " said ragini dusting her dress and stand beside him.

" Bhukkhad " muttered he and get a glare from her and both headed towards canteen.

Dev and sona was sitting in the canteen when laksh santured towards them and sit there holding his head in his palms.

" What happened lucky..?? "sona look at him concerned.

" Did ragini again pull any prank on you..?? " dev snickered.

Solak gave him a glare and he shut his mouth.

" I messed up everything again. I want to say her sorry for yesterday but you know what she did in the morning and then in class I got detention for a week because of her. So I was angry on her and I pulled her in an empty room and...." he stopped as soon as he saw ragini entering in canteen with sanskaar bickering and laughing.

" And...?? What you did with that innocent girl in an empty room lucky..?? " asked dev dramatically and sona gave him a look ' You better shut your mouth or I am going to break it by my hand' . He gluped and bend his head focusing on his food.

Sona look in the direction where laksh was looking and see ragsan ordering their food. She thought to make them patch up and called out for them.

" Hey, Sanky-Ragini come here " shouted she to make them here her voice.

Laksh look startled and look at sona in disbelief.

" Just apologize, whatever you messed up with her. And all will be fine. Ok . " said she giving him a genuinue smile and he nodded.

Ragini look in her direction and grab sanskaar's wrist to see laksh sitting there and nodded her head in a no.

" You can't run away like this. If you want I will talk to him in private about whatever he ask you.(ragini make her grip tight nodding in no) . Ok . But you have to face him. I want my Boldy dumbo not this scared chicken here " said he lifting his brow and she twist her lips but nodded with a small smile.

" Come. And remember..I am here . Always " said he with deep voice and she nodded smiling.

They headed towards them. Sona hug ragini and she smile seeing her. They all settled and sona gesture laksh to apologize to her. He took a deep breath and nodded.

" I am sorry Ragini. Sorry for yesterday and for today too. I shouldn't ask you that. I am sorry " apologize he guiltly.

Ragini look at sanskaar and he nodded at her smiling. Devakshi look at laksh confused that what he asked that he was apologizing for asking but they shrug their shoulder when they see ragini to give him a smile.

" It's ok laksh. Just don't mention it again. " said ragini putting a brave smile and sanskaar gave her a proud look.

Laksh nodded smiling a little.

" So all settled finally " said sona excited and everybody smile except laksh.

" No one thing is left " said he.

" What..?? " asked sona curiously.

" I got a week detention because of her. Where is her apology for that " said laksh with twisted lips.

" You started it. You locked me in a..(pause and gulp) dark room " spat ragini bravely.

Sanskaar Squeeze her hand little and she smile at him. Laksh sense her uneasiness , a layer of guilt surge again in his face but he recover instantly.

" You said the teacher that she look 50's to got me the detention " he spat back.

" You kept on frustating me in the class " glare she.

" You punched me " he glare back.

" You put red paint on me in that room " spat she again.

" You broke egg on my head " growl he.

" So did you " she growl back.

" O shut up you two..!! It's my mistake that I expect you two to be civil " shouted sona and sandev who was looking at both from left to right chuckled.

Raglak look in her direction giving ' Are you kidding ..?? WE and CIVIL ' look . Then they chuckled sarcastically and left from there.

" You know dumbo never bicker with me like this like she do with him. Seems like his every sentence rise her temper 100 degree C every time " said sanskaar looking in their direction. But send a quick text to Ragini with 'Take Care Dumbo' written in it.

" He too never got angry like this with someone ,Sanky " said sona and dev groan inwardly but added to her words " Especially with girls. Ragini is something different. She doesn't fall for his charms "

" Haha. It's next to impossible to impress my dumbo. Only I have the charm to impress my dumbo or any other girl. Right sona " said sanskaar with a wink.

" O God. I already have a Charmer in my life. I don't need one more. You know devvrat is best among you all. He never flirts with me or any girl " said sona and dev's heart beam with happiness.

" Because he is totally whipped " muttered sanskaar under his breath only audiable to dev. He coughed badly and look at sanskaar with wide eyes. He gave dev a knowing look and he gluped. Sona look at them confused.

Ragini was heading to the class when she bumped into someone.

"I am sorry " both said at the same time. Ragini look at the person smiling and said 'its ok'. He look lost for a moment but composed himself.

" Hi, I am Shan . New addmission " said he forwarding his hand with a smile.

" Ragini. Which batch..?? " asked she placing her hand for handshake.

" Batch 1 "

" O me too. But I didn't see you in class " said ragini.

" I came today only. Filled all the require documents and got to know that I am in batch 1. Just heading there " said he scratching the back of his head little.

" O come. I am too going there " said ragini removing her hand from his hold which he left reluctantly. She felt little uncomfortable but shrug her thought.

" Then lead the way lady " said he bowing a little tripping his imaginary hat and she chuckled.

Laksh who was coming from back look at them and narrow his eyes.

" Who is he..?? " mumbled he to himself.
