In the night, almost everyone was asleep, Nightmare went out a few minutes ago to do his job since Delta requested him to do so, and everyone else was just asleep.

All but one tho.

A red scarfed skeleton woke up from his slumber, his throat feeling dry, he was thirsty.

The skeleton stretched out, popping a few bones, and stood up to walk to the kitchen to get some water.

As he grabbed a cup and filled it up, it was then did he realized something was off, 'Were the lights always on in the kitchen?', his mind wanders.

Geno stopped the water and lift it up to his mouth to gulp it down, feeling the cold refreshing taste linger from his tongue to the back of his throat.

“A snack couldn't hurt right?”, he murmured quietly to himself, opening the fridge doors and rubbing his only eye socket, yawning a bit before taking a piece of chocolate from the fridge.

“Isn't that mine?”, a sudden voice made him jolt in surprise, dropping the bar of chocolate in the process, Geno shot his head around to be met with a figure sitting on the counter, and soon let out a sigh of relief to see it was only Error.

“Why are you still awake?”, the older yawned out, grabbing the chocolate bar from the ground and throwing it towards the sitting skeleton on the counter, the said black bone skeleton catching it, unwrapping the bar, and nibbling the bar with a muffled 'Thanks'.

With a hum the elder took another bar out of the fridge, taking a bit out and then chewing it, he questions the younger, “So?”.

The God of destruction also took another bite out of his chocolate and said, “Nightmares, you should know... You did just remember everything yesterday... Now I ask you, how does it feel? Like, the first time, I wouldn't know... I remembered from the beginning”, the red skeleton walked next to his brother, leaning on the counter and sighing while looking at the tiled floors, “It's... A lot to take in... Knowing your little bro is the so called 'Destroyer Of Multiverses'...”, Geno chuckles.

“Yeah. I bet it was”, the younger said, while silence filled the air, it was actually comfortable, not the type of silence that would make everything awkward, the comfortable one.

“And so... Still... None of you told me why you all destroy, you promised me that you'd tell me this night, and if you look at the time it's about one thirty AM here”, Geno said, his gaze shifting to his brother's eye lights, the younger looked down in shame, his mood dropping, “Have you heard of... The Safehaven Oasis?...”

It was an Oasis of Creators, people with huge creativity made AUs, and AMs, and even some Fanfics.

There, they release all their creativity to bring life to characters, the people who create main AUs, or as we call the Mains, are people whose ideas were spread worldwide and due to their far wide spread of imaginations and creativity, were able to bring their creations to life with a cost, once their creations reach the age of fifteen, they need to be let go to the Multiverse with no memories of their Creators.

And because not many Creators were able to do so, some grew jealous, and soon tried to attack, and to protect the Mains, two Creators decided that it was enough and brought the Mains to a village behind a mountain, and sealed the entrance so no other can come in, they were Alpha and Delta.

Many were happy, but soon, all good things came to an end.

The two Creators found that the Multiverse was too overcrowded, and it was too old, nothing was new.

They made a deal.

An offer to each other.

One will guide and control a protector that will be an inspiration for Artists and Creators alike.

And one will guide a destroyer to maintain the balance so that the inspiration can fix it.

A yin and a yang.

They just need to pick a creation each.

That was the hard part.

But then, just when Delta was going on a stroll, he saw three little kids running around, but only one caught his eye, a black boned skeleton with tear marks due to his magic, and glitches all over him.

He looked perfect as a destroyer, and so, Delta walked over, and questions the youngsters, and soon met with their Creator, their mother, CQ.

After a chat, CQ laughed and said, “Com's son was also chosen! What a coincidence”.

It had turned out that the two skeletons knew each other, so to not ruin their friendship, they and their Creators kept quiet about it for years and promised when they turn fourteen they would tell them the truth.

Soon after choosing the Destroyer and Creator, they knew someone would have to control Life and Death, then Positivity and Negativity.

And so, after a bit of time, they've chosen the main Gods of the Multiverse.

Error Queen the God of Destruction, Ink Comyet the God of Creation, Reaper Renrik the God of Death, Toriel Life the Goddess of Life, Nightmare Joku the God of Negativity, and Dream Joku the God of Positivity.

They also thought it was nice to have a mature and female God, so they chose Life, although, she preferred to work alone in her garden, she still creates life for the Multiverse.

But then they yet again realized, the Queen family and the Joku family has siblings, so for their own good, the two Creators created the Soulstring, to show the bonds of family.

A few years, and the Gods of Destruction and Negativity realized about the situation, and asked a request, to bring their friends with them, when asked why, they replied with, “It'll be hard fighting on our own! What if Alpha's Gods get a hold of us? Or the AUs all attack at once? We need backup”, which made it harder to decline, Delta agreed, and the two stated their names.

(A/N: Well, it turns out the creator of Killer was Rahafwabas Chara, so his last name should've been Chara but for the sake of gags and laughs Imma just roll with Rahafwabas)

The last two made Delta choke on air and laugh, they were hilarious, but nevertheless at least the two Gods got their friends with them.

When Destruction was thirteen, he knew Geno had to go, and when the time came, he shut himself out for a week, concerning all his friends and even Delta, then his friends were taken away one by one, until it was his turn, taking one look at his room, before walking into the Multiverse with all his memories, and a cat.

But at that time, Fresh was thirteen, when turning fourteen, he had requested something unexpected, he wished to go to the Multiverse and leave his home, which his mother happily applied, that move made Delta and Alpha speechless.

They've seen people who didn't want to let go, who pleaded to stay, but who wanted to let go at a younger age? Never have they seen that.

But they agreed, and so Fresh was sent to the Multiverse.

At that point, everyone Destruction knew were sent, and now the two Creators had a job to put all those Gods in commission, and so it began.

The fight to regain the balance.

But sometimes Alpha went too far.

“So that's how it started huh?...”, the red skeleton sighed, “Yep”, the younger took a bite of his chocolate bar, chewing it.

“But don't worry, we got safety in numbers, there's no way the two other Gods can actually go too far for us to handle”, Error said, and when suddenly a little mewl was heard, the two spun their heads towards the voice, after a glance, the black boned skeleton smiled at the owner of the voice, it was Mistake, he had forgotten that he had his precious calico in his room.

The said black, cream, and white cat walked and jumped towards the counter, sitting down in the middle of the two brothers, just licking her paw, soon after, a black, red, and yellow hand was placed on the cat's head, the said cat leaning into the pat and purring.

“Well what about Blue?”

“Yeah we'll just keep him, Dust hasn't done anything stupid the past few days ever since”

“Why?”

“I dunno... But you could say...”

“That this is an”

“Opportunity”
