Screen focused on preeta who was yawning being bored, while karan was seeing her annoyingly. He was calculating with one eyes on book and other on preeta beinf annoyed. She yawned again which was irking karan.

Preeta : (yawning) are yaar tum kitne boring ho.

Karan again glared him. He irritatedly bang the pen from his hand.

Karan : ughhh tumhaari problem kya hai haa ?

Preeta : (annoyingly) tum.. tum ho meri sabse badi problem.

Karan narrowed his eyes at her.

Karan : acchaa, aur tum ? Tum kya koi top ho ?

Preeta : (with attitude) mai tumhe batana zaroori nahi samajhti.

Karan angrily stood up.

Karan : (angrily) tum mujhe... The karan Luthra ko attitude dikha rahi ho.

Preeta too stood up with equal anger.

Preeta : (angrily) haa dikha rahi hu, mai preeta arora karan luthra ko attitude dikha rahi to kya karloge...

Karan : ahhaa haa... Kya kar lunga mai.. tum kya koi mera katal karne ki shapath le rahi hu (mimics) mai preeta arora karan luthra ko...
Ha nahi to ...

Preeta : tum.. tum kis chiz ke bane ho... Ughhh Dil karta hai tumhaara na sachme murder kardu mai.
(Acts to press his neck)

Karan : to kardo na kaun roka hai, fir baithna jail me chakki piste, fir waha baithkar sabki pro tips dena crime ke.

Karan started to laugh making her fun, while preeta's face immediately turned into angry one.

Preeta : (angrily) youu ....

Karan laughing ran outside, while preeta too ran behind him.

Preeta : tum na ruko...

Karan was shown coming his home after a bit of tired day from preeta's house. He lazily went in his room, and dropped himself in bed sighing.

Karan : (absent mindedly) preeta mujhe paani ...

He stopped realizing he is in his home now. He looked around.

Karan : to kya ehsaan kar rahi ho mujhpar ?

Preeta : ehsaan hi samajhlo ki maine tumhe paani diya, wo kya hai na kaise bhi ho tum, gadhe ho, flirt ho, attitude hai, stupid ho, karele ho, double duffer donkey ho.. kaise bhi ho.. lekin insaan ho na (stops smilingly)

She looks to see karan glaring at ger deadly.

Karan : (glaring her) preeta arora zyaada samajh aa raha hai kya tumhe ? Abhi na yahi paani fek dunga tumhaare upar.

Preeta : (giggling) acchaa ? Zara fek kar to dikhaao.

Karan : (giggling) ruko tum.

Preeta immediately ran from there laughing, while karan was chasing her for fun.

Karan's trance broke and he chuckled at himself.

Karan : (giggling) pagal hai wo puri, fir bhi bohot acchi hai.

Smiling, he fell on his bed.

Piling papers into file, but karan didn't failed to notice her wierd expressions. The faces she was making. He was smiling inside seeing her, but didn't show it.

Karan : dekho ye bind ho gaya, ab personal details tum likhne waali thi right.

Preeta just hummed in response and took the file from his hand.
Karan smiled.

Karan : babydoll...

Preeta : (without looking at him) hmm ...

Karan : babydoll idhar to dekho.

Preeta looked up at him, her eyes widened but then she smiled widely. He was having chips packet in his hand.

Karan : babydoll, tumhe bhook lagi hai na ?

Preeta : (with a pout face) haa, mujhe do naa

Karan : tumhe chaahiye ? (She nods, karan smirks) to lelo...

He intentionally hides it behind himself, while preeta tries to snatch it from him.
Karan started to laugh, preeta too followed him.

Preeta :(laughing) karan do na..

Karan : (laughing) nahii..

They both mistakenly fell on bed over each other, but taking it as chance preeta started to tickle him, while karan burst into laughter more.

Karan : (laughing hard) babydoll no pleasee..... Hahahaha...

Screen fade away on thei faces of eating together and gossiping.

Preeta was carelessly laid on bed reading book, while her phone buzzed. She picked it to see karan calling, preeta answering.

Preeta : hello

Karan : hey babydoll WhatsApp ?

Preeta : noth...

Karan : (not letting her complete) accha suno, gum free ho na, ha hogi hi.. nahi hogi tabhi free raho, shaam me 8:00 baje ready rehna, mujhe Star park ke opposite side waale ground me milna ok.. Will wait for you babydoll, bye take care.

Preeta : are lekin.

Phone buzzed.
Call was cut. Preeta saw the phone weirdly making faces.

Preeta : Matlab had hoti hai koi chiz ki, mujhe bolne tak ka mauka nahi diya is ladke ne, kya hoga iska (huffed)

Evening ....

Preeta was all ready, she chosed a light western dress, with minimal make up as usual. She tied her locket around her neck and pushed all her hair backside.
She smile looking herself at mirror, and went out glancing at clock.

Within some time, she was now standing at the spot. She looked here and there to find up no one, she made faces.

Preeta : (murmures) jab khudhi late aana tha to mujhe kyu bulaaya .

She huffed annoyingly, and her gaze went towards a tree.

Karan : tumse picha chudaane ke liye, aur sabse accha kaam pata hai kya karunga, tumhe ek jungle me chod aaunga.

Preeta wide her eyes.

Preeta : whatt ?. Kuch bhi ha ? Kuch zyaada nahi bol rahe ho tum.

Karan : sach.. use sach kehte hai preeta arora... Aur waise tum itna kyu chauk rahi ho, accha hi hai na jungle ke jaanwar aakhir tumhaare rishtedaar hi to hai, to tumhe to khush hona chaahiye na..

Preeta made an haw face and karan started laughing.

Preeta : tum na...

She started to throw pillows on him, but karan continued to laugh.

"Mere baare me ab itna bhi mat socho babydoll ..."

Preeta's thought broke and she shockingly looked behind her, as karan's voice came from behind. But no one was there. She turned again, and surprisingly, shockingly,  unexpectedly, unbelievably found karan sitting on his knees.

Preeta : (ultimate shocked) karan tum ...

Karan smiles.

Karan : (smiling) heyy my unexpected partner, are you shocked because this was unexpected right ? But babydoll this is unexpected for me too as well, because suddenly realize ho gaya, aur suddenly maine decide kar liye.. So Preeta Arora.. will you. No no... You have to be my unexpected life partner to, so will you be or will you definitely be. (Winks)

Preeta chuckles at him. She was like still in shock, but managed herself. All she could do was nod her head. Karan smiles and immediately hug her, preeta too smiles. Karan broke the hug.

Karan : I love you babydoll.

Preeta smiles, and lift her toe up, managing to reach towards his forehead.. to which karan chuckle, she placed a soft kiss on his forehead.

Preeta : I love you too my bajarbattu.

Karan nodded in no, and again engulfed her in his arms.

They were unexpected partners in life,  towards an expected journey of life.
