Oscar Pine / Kamen Rider Kyuun

Backstory:

He was a teenager who was once a student in Union, however he was ostracized and discriminated due to having no powers and his status as a member of a poor family.

At some point, he was approached by Nobuhiko who recruited him into the UGP in exchange for becoming stronger and being justice to Union. He accepts his offer and receives the Laser Raise Riser and Raise Riser Card.

Personality

Oscar seems to be of a calm and passive disposition and generally seems to enjoy his life as a farmhand. Oscar seems uncomfortable in new social situations, as he has a slow pace of speech and tendency to look down while talking suggest awkwardness when engaging with strangers.

In spite of his lack of experience in combat, smaller size and gentle appearance, Oscar does possess a willingness to fight. Oscar can also lash out against opponents if he has been attacked or his allies have been attacked.
