(At New Orleans, the Terrorcons are seen gathering for their mission to destroy the Earth. Suddenly the Battle Alliance Academy Students along with Edward, Damien, Tom, Ken and Aidan, Hornet and the Rebellion League come in.)

Bruce: Let's end this now!

Pablo: For humanity!

Laura: Let's do it!

Aidan: Ready whenever you guys are.

(Some heroes prepare to transform.)

Tom: MEGAMERGE!

Edward: It's Hellspawn Time!

Pablo/Laura/Ken: Henshin!

Damien: Dark... Henshin!

Icarus: HABATAKI!

(They transform as they prepare to fight.)

Nightfright: Your angel of death awaits you.

Darkraijin: I am your worst nightmare in the shadows, Darkraijin.

N. Metabee: Feel the power of NEO METABEE!

Vi-O: Ore, sanjō... Sekai o sukuu tame ni.

Tiger: Hey, you're a Kamen Rider too.

Vi-O: You bet we are.

Habataki: (confused) We?

Vi-O: It's me, Virgoro. Once I possess Ken Takada, we transform into this Den-O-like Kamen Rider.

Zero-Two: Oh... who knew.

(Then they prepare to fight as suddenly some familiar cybertronians show up.)

Autobots/Maximals: (in unison) We're here to kick ass.

Optimus Prime: Good to see you guys again. Now let's show them the power of true heroes.

(Hornet changes to his alt mode, and then Tiger and Zero-Two hop on its back as they start fighting Nightbird and Nemesis Prime. Optimus Prime goes to face Scourge.)

Optimus Prime: Just you and me, Scourge. (dodges Scourge's shot) Let's end this once and for all.

(They have a brief clash as Optimus Prime overpowers Scourge and slams his face into a wall.)

Scourge: (calls Unicron) MASTER! THE REINFORCEMENTS!

(In the orbit of Earth, Unicron is seen as he sends some soldiers to help the Terrorcons.)

(Optimus Primal and Brown Cameraman are seen fighting some of Unicron's soldiers. Ichika is next seen trying his best to close the bridge between Earth and Unicron. Speakerwoman is seen fighting Novakane while Arcee fights Battletrap. Red Hood prepares to throw a grenade at Freezer.)

Red Hood: SAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE FRIEND!

(He throws the grenade and blows Freezer. Ninja Cameraman slashes Sideways while Ichika is almost closing the bridge. Scorponok is about to attack Nicholas, but Optimus Primal engages the Terrorcon and rips its tail off. Rhinox, Wheeljack and Hornet are facing Galvatron as they combine their attacks to bring him down.)

(Back to Unicron, he is close to the Earth as he slowly gets through its atmosphere.)

(Cut to Optimus Prime, he is still fighting Scourge.)

Optimus Prime: (stabs Scourge's arm) You'll never see Unicron take this world!

(He slams Scourge into another wall as Ichika finally accesses the code.)

Ichika: Yes!

Scourge: NOOOOO! (stern) UNICRON WILL PREVAIL!

(Scourge then breaks free as he blasts the machine as Serafall saves Ichika. Optimus Prime then cuts off Scourge's arms.)

Optimus Prime: (angry) I'VE HAD ENOUGH, TIME TO SHOW YOU THE REAL POWER OF THE PRIME!

(He slams Scourge as he rips off its head.)

Optimus Prime: THIS belongs to a friend of mine!

(He pulls the insignia as he turns to Ichika and Serafall.)

Ichika: The panel got destroy. I can't stop him.

Optimus Prime: Autobots, Maximals, Rebellion League, Battle Alliance retreat. I'll destroy the key myself. (to Bumblebee) Bee, protect them.

(Optimus gives Bumblebee his insignia back as Hornet bows.)

Hornet: Your sacrifice becomes our oath.

(Then the heroes resume their battle as Tiger, Vi-O and Zero-Two prepare to finish the Terrorcons.)

FINAL VENT!

FULL CHARGE!

ZERO-TWO BIG BANG!

(They combine their finishers and destroy the Terrorcons as the other heroes prepare to retreat.)

Red Hood: Everyone, retreat!

(The Heroes retreat as Optimus Prime sacrifices himself to repel Unicron from Earth.)

(One week later, the heroes are seen at New Asgard as they prepare for the true final battle.)

Pablo: Okay guys, we need to fight back against the Shadow Company and take back the Battle Alliance Academy. As the future CEO of Sumdac Systems, I'll lead this final battle!

Icarus: We will fight along with you.

Laura: That's what a true family does.

Bruce: We will help you to take down Shadow Company.

Red Hood: We will save the world by any means necessary.

Bumblebee: Optimus Prime's sacrifice won't be in vain. Let's go!

(The true final battle starts now.)
