Piya's mother. She was a lovely woman and a perfect mother. She always acted as a shield, guarding Piya, but now she is no more as she suffered from cancer and now Piya is left alone. She loved Harsh a lot. Piya is just her shadow.

Mrs. Nisha Kapoor

Piya's step-mom. She is a Fashion Designer. She loves Harsh but they are not on good terms. She cared for Piya but not as a mother. Her relationship with Piya is not more than a formal relationship.
