She was looking outside the glass window standing inside her cabin.

All the while she is busy in her thoughts looking at the busy streets.

She is tired of all the gloominess she is feeling and sat in her chair sadly.

And then suddenly, she took her car keys and ran outside to her car with determination.

She parked her car in the parking lot and took the lift to go to the top floor. When she reached the floor, some staff and Priya greeted her with excitement and told her that her boss has buried himself with work.

She came to meet him as they don't meet often nowadays. She was missing him. Nowadays both were engaged in work so much that they are not getting enough time to meet each other except for some phone calls and messages.

She knew that he was busy but she couldn't contain herself to see him, to meet him and to talk to him. She knows she will disturb him but she is helpless. She should see him at any cost otherwise she cannot sleep at nights peacefully. She took time from her busy schedule and came to meet him.

She knocked on his cabin and opened the door when she heard his faint voice and saw him engrossed in his work.

He didn't even look up at her and she just stared at him.

Hearing nothing, he looked up at the door frowning but when he saw his life standing there he couldn't explain what he felt at that moment.

" Piyu!" He exclaimed and walked swiftly towards her.

" How many times I told you not to knock on my door when you come?"
Saying this he hugged her tightly as his life depended on it.

" I missed you so much." He whispered inhaling her fragnance.

She too hugged him but stayed quiet.

" Is everything okay? You look so dull." He asked concerned looking at her calmness and she just nodded her head in yes.

" Come." He dragged her inside closing the door of his cabin.

" What happened?" He asked her.

" You don't even have time for me nowadays." She said looking down.

" Ofcourse I have! From where that thought even occured to you?" He asked and she shrugged.

He sighed.

" I know work has been hectic from last two weeks..... I am sorry if I made you feel like that." He said holding her hands.

" I promise to make it up to you." He said sincerely and she nodded her head looking at him with a small smile.

" Thank you." He said pecking her lips and she blushed.

" God! How much I missed you!" He said kissing her hands.

" Yeah that's why you didn't bother to meet me since two weeks." She said acting angry at him.

" Piyu yaar.....I am sorry. These new deals and projects are consuming a lot of my time." He pleaded her and she sighed.

" So what have you done these whole two weeks?" He asked her sitting beside her.

This seems to lit up her whole face.

" There is so much for you to know. Did you hear about Rads and Rohan? I  came to know that the relationship between Rohan and Rads is progressing and You know, me and Meera are also meeting frequently as I am helping her to impress Jai's family. I never thought she would be this keen to consider their opinions and tastes. I helped her to dress up according to Jai's family and some traditions which they follow strictly. She learnt everything sincerely and trying to apply them when she is around them." Piyu said excitedly.

Sam was just staring at her.

" When Jai said that she doesn't need to change because of his family, she said that she is not changing herself but just learning some new things and it doesn't hurt to follow some traditions and rituals if that make our elders happy. That impressed his family but they didn't show it and acted like they didn't care." Piyu said the whole story animatedly.

And Sameer didn't even blink his eyes looking at her. He couldn't take his eyes off her. She was looking cute exactly like a child explaining things.

" Are you even listening to me?" She asked waving her hands before him.

" Of course Jaan, so they all are very near to reach their goals but what about us?" He asked looking at her intently.

" Us? What about us?" She asked confused and he sighed.

" Piyu, why don't we say about us to our parents?"

Sam asked her frowning.

She stayed silent looking down.

" Piyu?" He called her.

She sighed.

" We can say but......"

She trailed off thinking.

" But what Piyu? I know you are scared but we have to say the truth to them. I know they might think that I don't deserve you and AJ must have very high expectations about your future husband but before that he should know about us and I don't want to make any delay as your family must have already started to see matches for you......." Sam was rambling.

" Sammy?" She called.

He wasn't stopping. He rambles when he is nervous.

" I can't afford to lose you, I can't live without you.....what if they find a potential groom for you? What if......"

She shut him up by kissing him.

He was shocked and didn't respond at first. When he processed that his Piyu was kissing him, he responded by pulling her close to him.

They pulled away panting and looked at each other intently.

" Never say that you don't deserve me. You are the only one I want and my family also loves you a lot. There is no one better than you for me and my family."  She said cupping his cheeks and he nodded his head like a kid.

" So now stop feeling insecure and we will say about us to our families soon, okay?" She asked him smiling and he grinned at her pulling her into another kiss.

Piyu came to home after spending some time with Sam.

She saw her whole family is busy running here and there.

" Ma, what's happening here?" She asked frowning.

" We are going out, come on get ready quickly." Her mom said and disappeared somewhere.

" Bhabi, where are we going?" She asked curiously.

" Out." She said simply and ran to her room carrying her baby boy.

Piyu stood confused as her family is acting strangely.

" Bhai, will anyone be clear about what's happening in this house?" She asked no almost shouted.

" Piya, you ask too many questions. Come on get ready we are getting late. Hurry up!" He said and went outside.

She stood dumbfounded in her place.

She came to her senses when three people shouted at her.

" PIYA, ARE YOU READY?"

She heard her Mom, Bhabi and brother yelling from three different directions.

She ran into her room quickly and started getting ready.

When she got down, her whole family stood there waiting for her.

" You are looking beautiful." Her mom said with tears.

" Yes, this dress is looking great on you." Her bhabi praised looking at her from top to bottom and her brother and father agreed smiling widely.

She looked at her family scrunching her face.

" This is an old dress and I didn't even do the makeup as you people are hurrying me so much." She stated and looked down at herself.

Yes, she took the dress which was first seen when she opened her wardrobe and wore it. She just washed her face and had clipped her hair, that's it because for every 5 minutes they are asking her if she is ready so she just came down wearing dress and a lip gloss.

" Still you look beautiful." Her mother said smiling at her confused face.

" Okay now, will anyone tell me where are we going?" She asked impatiently.

" You will know it soon." They said smiling at her and rushed the confused Piyu into the car.

She decided to be quiet as she is annoyed at them. They are talking about everything in this world except what is necessary for her to know.

She huffed and turned towards the window glaring at it.

She sat grumpily between her parents as they still don't want to tell her why they are here at a five star restaurant.

She drank juice which she ordered for herself when her parents stopped her from ordering food as they thought it would be disrespectful and ill  mannered to order something until their guests come.

She rolled her eyes and started sipping the juice thinking about how to reveal about hers and Sam's relationship to her family.

She wondered who are the guests, for whom they are waiting and why her family is so excited to meet them.

Her eyes were drooping as she was working from morning and in the evening she went to meet Sameer and after that she came home and then her family dragged her outside. She was tired and just wants to sleep.

She excused herself and went to the washroom. She came outside and was going towards their table. She stopped in her tracks when she heard her mother say.....

" If everything goes well now then I will be the happiest person alive."

" Why not Ma? Our Piya is very lucky to get such a good husband." She heard her bhabi's voice and that made  her eyes widen.

" I am happy that she will be going to such a nice family." She heard her father say.

Her face went pale.

Her family is planning her wedding and that too without telling her.

Tears brimmed her eyes as they didn't even find necessary to tell her about this.

Sam's face flashed in front of her and the tears fell freely thinking about him.

That's why they brought her here to meet the groom's family.

But why they didn't ask her or tell her about this?

Even Bhabi and Bhai also hid such a big thing from her.

Many thoughts were running in her mind.

She can't go there.

If she goes then she will not able to deny the meeting with groom as it was already fixed.

And if Sam comes to know about this, then......

She can't even imagine his reaction.

Already he is so insecure about everything and she can't give him anymore pain.

Meeting the groom means giving them hopes and her family seems to be happy about this, so she will hurt everyone who is present there which she doesn't want at any cost.

So she decides to stay away and not to meet the groom and his family.

She looks at her family who are looking so happy with wide smiles on their faces.

She thought her bhabi knows what she wants and whom she wants but again shook her head thinking that she didn't confess anything to her about what she feels.

It's her mistake.

Her Sammy was right, they shouldn't have done the delay in telling about their love to their families.

She took a deep breath closing her eyes and Sameer's smiling face flashed in front of her face which made her smile automatically.

Sammy.....

She would tackle her family afterwards but for now she need to escape from here.

She swiftly turned in another direction and walked away.

She was going towards the entrance when she saw her brother standing there and talking with someone on his phone. She was sweating profusely at the thought of getting caught and ran in another direction.

Oh God! If someone sees me now like this they will think that I am a thief, snatching something and running away........

Her steps halted when she saw her bhabi looking here and there may be she is searching for her. This made her more anxious.

She decides to go from the back door and ran towards the back entrance. When she reached there, she saw a backyard garden with a swimming pool.

She sighed in relief when she saw there was no one in that place. She saw some tables arranged at one corner but they were empty. She went and sat on one of the chairs there and held her head in her hands.

She doesn't know what will she do now and how will she go from here as she left her mobile and wallet on the table only where she sat earlier with her family.

If atleast her mobile was there she could have called her Sammy or Rads or Jai but no she had to leave it there only. She banged her head on the table muttering under her breath. Her family must be searching for her now and she have anywhere else to go.

" She went to restroom, she will be coming soon." She heard her brother's voice and turned to see a group of people standing at the entrance of backyard.

She widened her eyes and hid herself bending down.

She cannot see anyone except for her mother who is looking around worried maybe because of her and her brother whose eyes are searching here and there maybe for her and she couldn't see rest of them as their backs are facing her.

She gulped the lump formed in her throat when they are coming towards the table where she is sitting.

She got up and ran towards the bushes. She hid herself behind a bush and tried to look at them but she couldn't see them clearly.

That's when she heard a sound behind her and panic strike her face.

What is that sound?

Someone or something is behind me.

What if it's a dog?

Her heart was pounding in her chest at that thought and she gulped.

She can hear someone's breathing and her breathing stopped.

Who can it be in the bushes?

Is it an animal?

It could be a Snake too.

Or it could be some thief.

Or it could be some kidnapper.

Oh God! Save me.

She was literally shaking with fear.

She jumped in her place when she heard another noise.

She slowly turned towards the noise and what she saw made her eyes and mouth wide open with shock.
