At the time of the day, A car stopped outside the hospital. Avni looked at the hospital then she looked at Neil.

Avni: Neil, why did we come here?

Neil looked at Avni, he thinks for an excuse.

Avni saw all are there except Ashish, Aman and Kareena. Avni's heart was beating fast. She looked at Neil.

Neil: Ashish papa is in ICU he had a heart attack.

Avni was shocked, she felt dizzy and was about to fall but Neil was holding her arms, she falls back at his chest. Neil taps her cheek. Avni opened her eyes slightly.

Neil: you ok? Come, sit here. Bhai, water.

Arnav nods. Neil takes Avni back and makes her sit on the bench, he sits with her and gives his shoulder to Avni. Arnav comes and Neil makes Avni drink water but she resists.

Neil: just a sip.

Avni sipped. Neela maa comes to Avni. Avni saw her and cried.

Avni: this is why I hid the truth for all these years. I knew this will happen. I told you, everything will ruin.

Neela maa caresses her hair and hugs her. They cried. Neil gets up. He looked at Arnav.

Neil: I am coming.

Neil signed at ICU.

Avni: can I come, please.
