At the time of the night, a venue was decorated beautifully from the outside but there was complete darkness inside it.

Avni twirls then she stopped and opened her eyes. Avni understood that Neil has planned this surprise for her. She got excited and was happy.

Avnu: Neil, where are you? Neil. Neil, now stop this hide and seek game and come in front of me.

Neil: I know, wifey, you are desperate to meet me and I also know that till now you have guessed the surprise.

Avni smiled.

Neil: and why not you? My wifey is very smart.

Avni was smiling.

Neil: ok, now without wasting a single second. Let's just say what you are craving to hear since last night.

Neil stopped and Avni was desperately waiting for him to say.

Avni gets happy. Suddenly the lights turned on and Avni was surprised to see that.

Neil stopped in front of her and sighed how's the surprise by raising his eyebrows. Avni smiled and looked down. Neil smiled. Neil leans toward her. Avni looked at him.

Avni smiled to see him.

Avni: thank you.

Neil: what did you think that I forgot your birthday.

Avni nods by making a sad face.

Avni: sorry.

Neil smiled.

Neil: now your birthday gift is cancelled.

Avni makes a sad pout. Neil smiled.

Bebe: now only you both will talk or will let us meet.

They looked at them then smiled. Neil looked down. They looked at each other and smiled. Avni goes to meet them. They also come forward. Avni took the blessing of elders and meets her family and friends.

Avni and all were standing around the table and a cake was kept there. Avni cuts the cake and she feeds Neil first then she turns to the family and fed them the cake. Avni and Neil looked at each other and they smiled.

Avni was going somewhere but someone holds her hand and took her to the side. Avni was about to say but she stopped to see Neil.

Avni: Neil.

Neil: yes, Neil.

Avni: what is this, Neil?

Neil: so what should I do? You have no time for me. I planned this surprise for you, I did the arrangements by standing here personally and you have no time for me. Wah.

Avni makes a face then she smiled.

Avni: ok, sorry, say.

Neil: No, now I am not going to give you, your gift.

Avni: Neil.

Neil looked away in anger.

Avni: Neil. Fine, then I am going.

Avni turns to go, Neil looked at her and was stunned to see her going. Neil stopped her by holding her wrist and pulled her to him. He holds her waist. Avni was surprised. She looked at Neil who looked at her seriously.

Neil: where are you going?

Avni makes a sad face.

Avni: you are not talking to me so what do I do? You are showing me anger and attitude because I was busy with attending the guest and what about you? What about you did to me?

Avni: you did not wish me last night even you prohibited others also. I was so excited that you and our family will wish me but no one wished me. Do you have any idea how hurt I was?

Neil smiled. He holds his one ear.

Avni was looking at him sadly and was looking uber cute.

Neil: I wanted to give you a surprise.

Avni: it's ok. I know. That's why you asked Neela maa to call me so that I will not get doubted.

Neil smiled.

Avni: now if your anger has flown away then may I get my gift.

Neil smiled. He took out a bracelet from his pocket and showed that to Avni who smiled.

Neil holds Avni's hand and makes her wear that. Avni was looking at Neil then she looked at the bracelet.

Avneil looked at each other and Neil signed how is the gift by raising his eyebrows. Avni looked at the bracelet then she looked at Neil.

Avni: Nice.

Neil's smile faded.

Neil: only nice?

Avni smiled. She encircled her one arm around Neil's neck. She looked at the bracelet.

Avni: It is beautiful.

Neil smiled. He holds her waist. They smiled to see each other. He kissed her forehead. Avni smiled and opened her eyes. She looked at Neil and felt blessed.

Avneil enjoyed the party with their friends and family. Soon the party was over.

The moon was shining over the Khanna mansion and was peeping into Avni's room. Avni was standing at the window and was looking at the sky. Neil entered the room and he stopped to see Avni. Neil thinks, he understood what she is thinking. Neil closed the door and Avni heard that. She looked down then she looked at the sky. Neil came to her and hugged her from behind. Avni smiled.

Neil: what are you doing here, wifey?

Avni: nothing. Just looking at the sky.

Neil: it's ok. Missing our closed one is not a crime.

Avni was surprised.

Avni: how do you know that I am missing Riya?

Neil: because I know my wifey. You are missing Riya and also thinking about your biological parents. Right?

Avni nods.

Avni: hmm. Neil, Neela maa and Ashish papa loves me a lot. They never discriminate between Aman and me and Bhai but still sometimes, a thought came to my mind that if my parents were alive then what would life have been like? Is my thinking like that wrong?

Neil: no. As a human, many thoughts come into our mind your thinking about that is not wrong, it is quite normal. Don't take stress over it. But we should be happy with what we have.

Avni: I am happy but sometimes some thoughts come to my mind.

Neil: I understand. It happens, it is human nature we never get satisfied with what we have, always wish for something. Don't feel guilty about that.

Avni smiled.

Neil smiled.

Avni smiled. They looked at the sky.

Time flies and Avneil got busy with their work but they gave equal time to each other. They tried to manage time and have lunch together. Sometimes, they got succeeded in that, sometimes not.

One morning, the whole Khanna family was sitting in the dining area but Avni was not there. She was talking on the phone at the side.

Bebe: she and her phone calls in the morning.

Neil smiled.

Shweta: she spends her whole day in the office but still they don't let her to do breakfast peacefully.

Bebe shook her head. Neil looked at Avni who cuts the call. Avni came to the dining area and a smile was stuck on her face. Avni kept her phone on the table, she pulled the chair and sat. Neil took her phone and switched off it. Avni smiled. It is their daily routine now. Neil sighed her eat. Avni smiled.

Bebe: Neil, this the best thing that you do in the morning else this girl has no time to eat. Always fly like butterflies here and there.

Avneil smiled.

Avni looked at the food and she feels like vomit. Avni runs from there and everyone looked at her.

Bebe: what happened to her?

Neil goes to Avni
