The drive was short but filled with a comfortable silence, although I couldn't stop fidgeting and I'm sure Dean noticed.

Riley made it clear that she wasn't seen by anyone except other supernaturals, the ones that can see angel wings. She followed me around, standing either beside me or leaned against the back wall.

I was eating my lunch, eyeing the knife Riley was playing with, when someone decided to sit next to me. Riley was immediately on guard, glaring at the stranger.

"What's up new kid" Justin leaned with his back to the table, his elbows resting on the top.

"What do you want?" I grumbled, aggressively stabbing a piece of lettuce with my plastic fork.

"Nothin', just saw you at the party the other night, you looked hot" he smirked.

Riley scoffed, and I swear I heard her mutter something under her breath about 'hormonal teenagers'

"Didn't you insult me the other day?" I tilted my head at him, watching his movements.

"Yeah but that was before..." Justin winked at me.

"I'm still confused" raising an eyebrow, I waited patiently for him to answer.

"Well you went home with Ethan" he shrugged "but I didn't know you were into that stuff"

"Let's get one thing straight, I never went home with Ethan" I stood, and Justin immediately scooted away from me. "You ever try that on me again, and you'll find yourself in a lot more pain than a broken nose" I smirked at his frightened reaction. "Oh and you tell Ethan to watch his back, the next time I see him he's not easily walking away from that" smiling sweetly, I sat back down, poking around at my salad and avoiding the stares from those around me.

Justin got up, running as fast as he could away from me. "Where did that come from?" Riley gave me an impressed grin.

Shrugging I picked a tomato out of my salad and popped it in my mouth. "I'm a hunter remember"

"Fair" she laughed.

"Although if we could keep this on the down low... Dean and Sam have a rather protective streak, and I don't even know how my dad would react" I pleaded.

"Hmmm" Riley tapped her finger against her chin. "Alright fine, I will, only if you explain why you were acting so weird this morning"

I closed my eyes, slowly realizing that in order to keep one thing from blowing up in my face, I have to tell her the truth. "The night Lucifer took me" I lowered my voice as I saw a couple of curious pairs of eyes turn my way. "I had snuck out, against orders mind you, Dean would've lost his crap if he knew that was the reason I got snatched"

"Oh? You're more interesting than I thought" Riley smirked as I put my head in my hands.

"Anyway I must have dropped my phone when whoever took me knocked me out, so I had to make Dean have the impression I was going inside the school this morning, just to sneak to the house that party was to get my phone" I explained. "It's honestly lucky it was on half battery when I found it"

"That's why you were so late to first period" Riley laughed "I was starting to get desperate, if I lost the devil's daughter on the first day?" Her expression didn't leave much to the imagination of what would happen to her.

"I get it, sorry for scaring you" I apologized.

"You're lucky an angel didn't take you" she pointed at me "that was a very dangerous stunt"

This time I laughed, confusing the demon "a dangerous stunt would have been to let Sam and Dean know about what I did, which is something we aren't going to mention, right?"

"Maybe" she smirked at me.

"Riley! Do you want me to die?" I huffed "Dean would just as soon pull me out of public school and have Sam teach me what I need to know"

"Not a bad plan" Riley shrugged.

Before I could say anything in return someone from the cafeteria called out to me. "Hey new girl, who are you talking to?" They mocked.

I realized it probably looked like I was having a full on conversation with myself just then. "I would tell you, but I don't think your small mind could comprehend" I shot back, doing my best to avoid eye contact with an amused Riley, because I knew that if I did, I'd start laughing.

The random kid sat down, a look of confusion and offense on their face. Thankfully, the bell rang, dismissing us to our next class.

Pulling my phone out of my pocket, I sent a quick text to the Winchesters, telling them that I was alright and that I'd made it safely through lunch.

Riley walked by my side through the halls, it was a little weird to see kids walking right through her, but they did the same thing with my wings.

Mrs. Roth's classroom was just as boring as ever, I plopped down in my seat that was situated in the very back corner of the room. Since no one sits next to me, Riley sat down, examining her nails as Mrs. Roth began her lesson.

She droned on and on about how X could equal a number. Who put the alphabet in math? I doodled on my desk with my pencil, bored out of my mind.

The door to our classroom suddenly opened, causing many of the students to sit up in interest, a man stepped through, dressed in a business suit.

What really caught my attention was the massive wings that were set into his back. Riley stood up protectively in front of me.

"Excuse me, who are you?" Mrs. Roth demanded, her lesson plans long forgotten.

"I'm here for the abomination" he growled, pointing in my direction.

"You need to leave" Mrs. Roth crossed her arms, believing she had the power, only to gasp as the angel let his blade slip out of his sleeve into his hand. "Oh my goodness"

Quickly deciding to intervene before someone died, I stood, some students turned to stare at me like I'd lost my mind. "Hey ugly!" I called, gaining the angel's attention. "You want me? Come get me!"
