Meeting Juliet's parents were probably the scariest thing for him that not even vampires scared him this much. Embry had held Maya and Seth hostage prying them off all they knew about her parents since they met them before.

"Her father is friendly and his cooking is just as amazing as Emily's" Seth said making Embry pace back and forth as Maya chuckled

"You are going to burn a hole on my floor Em, and the last I need is your Mom throwing a fit about it"

He halted looked at her rolling his eyes," She's hardly home to even notice anyway"

She sighed and sat up," Sorry-we were on about Juliet's parents, right?"

He nodded," Well her dad like Seth said is friendly, and her Mom is...well-"

Her cousin looked at her," She is?"

Seth cleared his throat," She's well-Kind of scary" He said in a soft voice making Embry groan deflating on the floor in defeat

"It's going to end horribly" He mumbled face flat on the carpeted floor.

Maya lightly shoved Seth giving him a look," Really?" She whispered and he shrugged his shoulder

"It's the best I can do to describe her"

She huffed and looked at her cousin sprawled on the floor," Em, you'll do just fine, just be yourself and everything will go smoothly"

"They all say that," He said muffled but the two on the bed understood it clearly

"For starters, your going to meet them formally, and not going to have them tell you about their work. So, there is a difference from when Seth, Aniya and I went there. The entire night will be set on getting to know each other, so Juliet's parents are not thinking about work, so there wouldn't be the tension like the time we came over"

Embry turned his head still on the floor," Exactly my point Maya, I think it'll be more intense then that night overall"

Her and Seth shared looks in realization," You have a point" They said in sync making him groan.

"I should have gone to Sam and Emily for advice" Maya looked at him offended throwing her pillow down to him

"Excuse you, I am family!" Seth looked at her and she scoffed," I didn't mean it like that, I meant-Ugh, I meant he always came to me on advice for Juliet"

"You really like Juliet, right Embry?" Seth turned to him giving it a try and Embry quickly sat up

"Of course, I love her" He said with no hesitation, which made Maya squeal which went ignored by the males.

"Then just like Maya said, be yourself, she is your mate, and if you want things to go well, stop hesitating and put on the confidence you had when you spoke to Juliet both times. When you first met, and the second at school" Seth explained reaching his hand out to Embry as he helped him off the floor.

"He's right Em," Maya smiled looking at him," Juliet is already a part of the family, and the elders even like her, which is rare and you know it. So, this time it is your turn to be accepted into her family, she did it so you do it in return"

He kept silent looking at them both," I'll do just fine, it's all for Juliet" He said like a chant making them chuckle at him

"For you and Juliet, Em" Maya corrected.
