for the past week, we had this thing called "Double dip" at school where we go to eighth grade English and math teachers instead of our Texas history and Science. And My double dip reading teacher, Mrs. Jarrett, (I think I mentioned her before, but I don't remember, but she is so cool! She was my reading teacher's sub at the beginning of the year)   Anyways, If you don't know me, my real name is Madison, It's what I normally go by, and she was calling roll. 

She knows us each very well and what we go by, like I said, she's really cool, she used to work at my school until she moved on to be a collage professor. She even had lunch with Sharon Draper! Anyways, back to the story,

She came to my name and said "Madi" or "Maddie"  depending on how you spell it. It sent shivers down my spine because I haven't been called "Madi"   since fifth grade. I don't know why I'm ranting about this, it was just very unsettling. 

Like, I basically only go by Madison, I even get kinda surprised when some of y'all call me Pigglepickle. 

So yeah..... I don't really do nicknames unless you come up with a really clever one.
