A/N: I know that I had the mortal kombat design pages up. But they were part of the first update. So this counts as it's own second part rather than a third part. 

Anyway, this is in regards to whether or not if things like X-Rays, Fatal Blows or Fatalities will be involved in the story. Especially considering Fatalities are usually the highlight of the franchise.

To answer this question now. Yes, there will be X-Rays/Fatal Blows and especially Fatalities. There is a however in all of this.

Given how most X-Rays and Fatal Blows go, a handful of them will be preformed on mostly nameless characters such as a random tarkatan or monk. This goes for some fatalities as well. HOWEVER, that is not to say that they will be limited to only that. Some X-Rays and fatal blows will be done on some characters during battles, with fatalities especially getting used for certain characters who will meet their ends in the story.

Now onto the next part of this update. This is in regards to Animalities. 

To put this simply, Animalities will be given to at least a few characters. These characters include.

Liu Kang and his Dragon Form.

Nightwolf and his Wolf Form.

Kotal Kahn and his Jaguar Form.

Scorpion and his Scorpion Form (he turned into one in MK4).

Shang Tsung and his Cobra Form (albiet more of a Cobra made of flames).

and 

Shao Kahn and his Hydra Form.

(I know he only had this ability in annihilation only. But I thought I could at least take one thing that was actually interesting in that movie and use it).

However, there is a caveat. In order to not have animalities be something that get used over and over in battles, it's more of something that cane either be used if there's no other option or last resort. The user can shift in and out of the form at will. But for how long the user is in the form, it will start to drain them of their energy a bit and tire them out. For some users, there are exceptions due to them possibly possessing greater magic.

I know this is an odd thing to do with animalities. But I figured it was something to try without it being an attack that can't be used too very often in battles.
