april is a people pleaser. she wants everybody to be happy and she's not content until everyone is. she does everything with a smile on her face even if it isn't exactly pleasant. she is an optimist to the very tee. her optimism is by far the her best and worst trait.

april seeks to be validated in every facet of her life. either she's the teachers pet or she's desperately trying to be. she's stubborn as she is persistent. april needs to know that others think highly of her, and they know she's as good of a person she's trying to be.

april's family is a mixed bag. she loves her parents and always will but when she was younger and her brother went missing they were consumed with grief and were so concerned with his disappearance that she kind of had to take care of herself and her parents. she could tell her dad blame himself; her mom was a little too busy trying to keep up appearances. when her brother, jacob, came back she wanted to be happy. she really did, but after all the grief he had caused everyone over the last year was kind of hard to forgive.
