A female in her mid twenties hummed slightly staring at the apartment door that had paint peeling on it, her brown hair was tied up in a messy bun and her navy colored skirt and light blue buttoned up blouse quite made her seem out of place for this setting, a small boy stood next her, his hand holding onto hers, wearing an over-sized panda hoodie and bunny slippers, his hair a light pink and eyes a light peach.

His face blank of emotion as he let out a slight yawn, the female pulled off her sunglasses with a slight sigh, pocketing them before pulling out a pair of keys that had been handed to them, lifting them to the door and putting them in the lock she turned the key unlocking the door before removing it and placing it back in her pocket, turning the knob and opening the door she pulled the 'younger' looking boy inside with her before kicking the door closed behind them.

The space inside was bare of any furniture for now till they bought some, seeing as their old furniture wasn't able to be saved from their last home from a little accident with the sister of the pink haired male.

"This place looks quite plain" The boy spoke voice monotone matching his blank face, as he let go of the females hand "I hope what the news says about this city is true, if it isn't than this move here was a waste of time" he told the women bluntly.

"It wouldn't have been a waste of time either way Ra we needed a new apartment after Raya destroyed the entire building with one of her experiments your little sister almost got my cute little cousin hurt again" The brown haired female stated lifting her hand and freeing it from the braid "Besides the rent is cheap because no one wants to live in Z city anymore because of all the sightings, I heard we have a neighbor despite that maybe we'll meet them later?"

"You can mingle with the human for all you wish" Ra spoke bluntly turning his peach eyes to her and looking up cursing his short stature that made him seem like a child "Speaking of the humans we are to keep up the act we always do, you play as the single mother and I'll play the child no matter how much of annoyance it may be"

"Don't act like you don't like it looking like a child gives you a free pass into many things, and you can find prey without being suspicious" Riven smirked at the small boy "Lets not forget how you refuse to drink anything unless it's in a sippy-Cup"

Ra looked away from her hiding his face from her view, he refused to admit defeat "I use them so I do not spill anything on myself, humans were quite smart in creating them" he told her before walking forward "Make certain you pick some up while your furniture shopping Riven"

"Will do Baby Ra-Chan!" Riven giggled  before springing out of the apartment before Ra could tackle her for her comment, the pink haired male still couldn't believe he was stuck with her for a mark bonded them together and no matter how much he seemed annoyed and had barely emotion on the outside, he truly cared for her like she did him.

And he had a feeling Z city wouldn't be as boring as the last place they lived.
