I am writing to you today to apply for a British Council IELTS Prize (East Asia)’s scholarship .  highly appreciate achievements that your organization has acquired since 2011.Thanks to your works, our young generation can have great opportunities to study abroad and fufill our dream.

 I am  a senior student in International Relation from University of Social Science and Humanities. I love study History as well as some subjects relating to my speciality. Thanks to knowledge I have acquired from my faculty, I can have a lot of changes to prove myself through different activities that I have participated so far. Specifically,  from October 17 to October 20 in 2018, I used to be a volunteer for IRO conference organised by Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh city. This is the platform for member universities in the ASEAN+3 network to meet, exchange their academic and education issues. In the last day of this event, I had a chance to guide delegates to some famous tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh city such as Ben Thanh market, Independence palace,... I can introduce to delegates some typical Saigon’s Historical, Cultural traits, help them exchange currency, answer their curiosities about Vietnamese culture. During 2019, I can have a chance to take part in the scientific research project about: “ Graduates’preferences of working for Multinational companies: Case of University of Social Science and Humanities,Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh city.  From June 2 to August 2 2019, I used to work as an Account Management Intern for Focus Asia Joint Stock Company. During my intern time, I had an occasion to develop my soft skills, made contracts, consulting clients, manage brands’ fanpage on Facebook as well as Instagram.

Throughout four -year studying at International Relation, I love to learn various subjects from Globalization, International political economy, Comparative politics, International security, American, Vietnamese, Chinese foreign policies. I have great opportunities to learn with professors who have inspired us to study further in foreign countries to expand our knowledge as well as develop our specialized skills. Personally, I really admired my professors who have contributed their abilitites for international Relation scientific research as well as the development of national political system. Therefore, I have intention to study further to make my dream as an academia comes true. I have plan for studying my speciality at Brunel university (London). During my MA time there, it is my pleasure for me to study with prominent professors, have a chance to have a intern time at British governmental offices.

I would be contented if I could have a chance to win IELTS Prize’s scholarship to make my dream come true. Vice versa, I can apply my knowledge that I will gain from my master time at Brunel to work for my own country as well as contribute valuable scientific researches to the development of my speciality as well as references for national policy makers.
