Haha! We meet again bluebells! ÒwÓ

So, yeah, you see that picture above, right? Well, I drew that. Yeah. (Praise me— jk. I'm sorry...)

This is how I picture (Y/n) to look like as a ghost, minus the outfit tho, she's supposed to wear a haori-hakama. Originally this was going to be an OC-insert, but then I thought nah. So yeah, just putting that fact up there.

Back to the story.

●●●●● meets Isui-san, spectre of the well.

●=======●■{♧}■●=======●

"Wow! So this is what it feels like to be summoned!" A girl wearing a kyoukatabira emerged from the depths of the well, small droplets of water hovered around her, defying gravity. The sway of white fabric over an overgrowth of moss, under the moonlight was alluring.

Enchanting in its own unnatural way.

Once the girl settled down, she turned to her familiar surroundings. She smiled knowingly as a wave of nostalgia enveloped her. That is until her yonderly eyes landed on a very confused boy sitting on the ground. Something about seeing the boy felt weird. He was familiar looking somehow.

"Oh! Hello there!" The girl jumped off of her elevated place, giddily skipping her way to the boy. She clearly lacked a sense of space once she leaned over, only inches apart from his face. "Were you the one who summoned me?"

She watched eagerly as the boy's face flushed a crimson red, completely out-glowing his amber eyes. His mouth opened, then closed, then opened again. The girl tilted her head, curiosity only growing.

Is he mute or something? She thought, reconsidering her abrupt entrance. Then it clicked.

"Ah! Sorry!" The girl stepped back a few paces, giving a playful twirl before bowing. "My name's Isui-san, 7th school mystery and the ghost of that old, crummy well over there." She pointed to the one behind her. "And I am here to grant you your wish!"

She looked onward to the amber eyed boy. He didn't move an inch from his spot.

Sheesh. Tough crowd.

Sighing, she simply brushed off the awkwardness. "Of course, your wish will have consequences. The greater your wish is the higher chance of it failing. Really, it's all just a gamble. So, what do you say, star eyes-kun—"

"Is this a joke?"

Eh?

"What?" The girl, confused as ever, dropped her cheery smile and looked at the boy whose face held the mushed up expression of confusion and fear.

"They said Isui-sama is an old lady wearing a traditional Uchikake kimono." It seemed as if the boy wasn't addressing this to the girl but rather to himself. "Did I miss something…? And why does she look like… "

"Uhm… excuse me." Whether it be because of the blunt interruption, or the fact that the girl was once again invading his personal space, the boy panicked. "It's rude to ignore when someone's talking, you know.

"And I'm clearly around your age. I'm not old. Even spirits have feelings too, you know." She grumbled. Guilt-tripping is an effective form of manipulation.

"Ah! Sorry!" Embarrassed, the boy bowed to the spectre. "My name's Yugi Amane of class 1-C! My wish is…!

The amber eyed boy's face now morphed into that of contemplation. "Is… um… "

There was a short awkward pause.

"You don't have a wish do you." There came the blunt reply of the ghost girl, Isui, hitting the boy, Amane, like a brick.

"I–I'm sorry!"

"It's… ok." The monotone voice remained, followed by a heavy sigh. "I'll take my leave then."

I got excited for nothing.

"I'M REALLY SORRY!" Amane frantically thought for a solid minute as he anxiously watched Isui-san float back to the well. "Wait! Please, wait! I have a wish—!"

"Okay then! Tell me your wish, Yugi-kun!" The transparent girl smiled, leaning over to the boy as if nothing happened.

Without a second thought, Amane blurted out, "I wish to be friends with you!"

"... "

"I'm sorry, what…?"
