This to the people who want to debate with me or when I'm doing these. These include SaintSaiyan Ravenray167 PhoenixMason Laura_Hollis and GodTierDebater , to name a few people.

Rule 1: How we should debate:

I know you might be thinking "what does this idiot mean by this", well whenever you want to debate with me, let's not insult each other, call someone biassed or whatever, because I will interpret it as you don't have an argument that can compare to my argument, same if you insult their grammar, I mean I know that they are people who have their writing written in other wordly language,

https://youtu.be/5u9BFW69m4M

But if you have to insult their style of writing, you have no more arguments. Next, whenever we do match ups, let's not make it look like a stomp, let's give the characters like some form of a chance they can win.

Rule 2: Constructive criticism:

Tell me on what I or my friends got wrong on a character, don't just go like "you idiot, (character) is like (power level), your's is wrong".

Rule 3: At feats, look at the context:

I mean as in don't pull of a random feat without looking at the context, like don't say "Superman is universal because of this feat" I would love for you to look at the context behind it all, when you do, it makes the feat more impressive/less impressive but also makes sense.

We are now in the more what I want to do in this show.

Rule 4: Team match ups:

I do allow team vs, but what I want you to do is balance out the characters so that both sides would have equal chances of winning, if I notice that its too balanced on one side, I won't do it. Also, I will allow a crossover vs, not like DBZ vs Bleach exclusively, but more rather I will allow RWBY and Bleach vs Steven Universe and Naruto, for example.

Rule 5: The idea that your durability=attack potency:

Unless its DBZ or any other series that use ki, that isn't the case, because ki is dependent on the physical capabilities of the user, by one of our favorite Newton's Laws of "Every Action has an Equal and Opposite Reaction", for example,

https://youtu.be/llqVepXMtKI

Case in point.

Rule 6: Don't be shy with OCs:

I do allow in OCs, if you want a my oc vs your oc, or oc vs oc, or oc vs character, of course I'll do it, however, don't make them like Mary Sues or whatever, give them flaws or weaknesses, big flaws and weaknesses, if you make something like "there is this rock that weakens him but its rarely found", I won't allow that oc.

Rule 7: Dodging something doesn't mean you're as fast as it:

This is misconception of if you dodge a bullet, that means your reaction speed is mach 2, however here is the thing, if you can predict, you're more like a bullet timer, but if you dodge something, let's say a light speed laser, and the attack was at a place you never predicted, you are as fast or faster than it.

Rule 8: RPG characters:

Use confirmable feats for RPG characters, like their cutscene, movie, and anime tie in feats, not in game feats, because they are game mechanics.

Rule 9: Statements:

Don't use statements, unless they have evidence to back it all up, like let's say that Goku stated that in his Super Saiyan 3 form, he can now destroy a universe, then we see him in his Super Saiyan 2 form that he destroys 1/4 of a universe, and since Super Saiyan 3 is like 4 times Super Saiyan 2, yeah Goku can destroy a universe, or statements like Sonic stating he can circle around the Earth around micro seconds, we then see him circling around a planet that is as big as Jupiter and he is running in nano seconds so there is no denial that Sonic can circle around the Earth in micro seconds, but don't use a statement like Ichigo saying he can destroy a solar system yet there is no evidence of that. Same for author statements, we should also have evidence to back them up, because action speaks louder than words, like, back to Ichigo, if its stated that Ichigo can move at lightning and he is moving as fast as lightning or even faster than that statement is true.

Rule 10: Because the author says something that doesn't make it true:

I see this a lot where people say something like, let's say Goku vs Superman, where people say "Superman is this character who will always win no matter what", because we can make that argument with any fictional character and purposes gave nothing to do with vs debating. Same for composites, multiple writers could be involved with one character and there would be a horrible mess because they would an could contradict each other.

Rule 11: Power levels:

You know, planetary, solar system, multi universal, all that, but here is the thing, if there are two characters who are multi planetary, please state how many planets one can destroy, don just state multi planetary. Also, you have to make it clear, like let's say Sonic is universal because he destroyed a universal core, that would make him universal, however, if we state that he is universal because he took multiple punches to destroy said universal core than we have to look how much force was one attack.

Rule 12: No meme fights:

Those are tiring, cringey and would make this feel out dated.

Rule 13: Characters:

I mean like, have the characters have a connection, not like they both have hair or whatever, like Marvel vs DC, Comics vs Manga, Big 3 of Shonen, you know,  they should also be pretty equal, and try to see people talk about this match up like no one wants a Gumball vs fight rather than a Goku vs fight, you should have one of these 3 things in order for your match up to be a thing. Also, I will allow joke fights, but make sure they would be funny.

And that's it. Anyway, I hope you all learn a bit how you could do vs debating and see you all in my first vs.
