"Mermaid or Ball Gown?" Pepper asks, combing through the seemingly endless rows of wedding dresses.

"I don't know. Steve always sees me in something form-fitting. Maybe I should do something big." I reply.

"Do you like lace?" Nat asks.

"Lace is pretty! Maybe a little bling." I answer. I wonder if Steve would like me to wear something a little old fashioned. Maybe something with sleeves?

"What do you think about this one?" Pepper asks, holding up a large ball gown that was covered in crystals.

"I don't want something that's going to blind everyone!" I explain. Pepper laughs and hangs the dress back up.

That's when I see one dress that catches my eye. It's an off white color, but the lace detail is beautiful. I have to try this one on.

Pepper and Nat come back to me. Each of them have picked out a dress.

"Try these on!" Pepper exclaims.

Back in the dressing room, I stare at the three different dresses. Nat's dress was a mermaid and it was very simple. Almost too simple for my taste. But, I'm going to try it on anyway.

"Okay, Nat! This one's yours!" I say, walking out. This dress was so tight that I could barely walk in it. Nat's face lit up.

"Oh! Alice! You look amazing!" She smiled. Pepper chuckled and smiled.

"It's so tight." I speak.

"Can you even breathe?" Pepper asks.

"Barely." I choke.

"Maybe we should keep looking." Nat suggests. I nod my head and waddle back to the dressing room. I wasn't kidding when I said it was tight!

I change into the ball gown that Pepper had picked out for me. It was covered in crystals. Not to mention, the price tag. It was beautiful, but still too much.

"This one's yours, Pepper!" I smile.

"Oh! Look at all the sparkle! Alice you look so beautiful! It's such a pretty dress." Pepper smiles.

"I look like a disco ball." I frown, but it fades as well all begin to laugh.

"Do you have any other dresses?" Nat asks. I nod my head.

"One more. And it's my pick!" I grin.

Changing into my pick, I knew that this was it. It was too beautiful to say no! I can't leave without this dress! The lace is beautiful! The way that the lace falls on the dress is perfect. It has small sleeves on the sides that were absolutely beautiful!

I step out and smile. Pepper and Nat gasped. I twirled and showed them the back of the dress.

"Alice! It's perfect!" Pepper smiles and Nat nods her head. Pepper picked out a veil that matches the dress and helped me put it in my hair. I turned to look in the mirror. I gasped and started to tear up.

"It's perfect." I smile.

"So is this the dress?" Nat smiles.

"Absolutely!" I laugh.

Pepper and Nat laugh and clap for me. It's so much more prettier than I thought it would be. This dress is perfect. I hope Steve will like it.

Pepper went to the front of the store with me to order my dress. Nat went to get the car. I nearly choked when I saw the price tag. Pepper rests her hand on my shoulder and digs through her wallet until she pulls out her credit card.

"Pepper, no!" I tell her, pushing her hand away.

"Hey, this isn't my credit card. It's Tony's! Consider this his gift to you for your wedding." She gave the card to the lady behind the desk.

I chuckle and bury my face in my hands. Pepper laughs too. Nat entered the store and stopped when she saw us laughing.

"Did I miss something?" She was confused.

"Tony's paying for the dress. Don't tell him! It's a secret!" Pepper laughs.
