In the barren, land dry as a desert, cracks on the very soil.  A black road. Where armored truck. Was making its where to the city, guarded by several police cars. Just then various cars started appearing on the land. Making there on the road, they started to screech an cheer. The group were villains known as: Doom Racers. Band of thieves with trick out cars.

Police: sir, it's the Doom racers, they-

The police car explodes by one of the doom cars rocket  launcher. The doom racer make swift work if the police cars a make their way to armored truck. Doesn't take long as they break into the truck, stealing the loot. After the wreckage and mayhem the sooner racer high tail it. Not seeing they're being watched. At their hideout, mile from town. they are having fun, racing, drinking. 

Doom Racer: excellent work boys, best score ever

The racers cheer, but then they heard shaking. And crashing through there was was a large tank like truck. It was the hero: Joyride. The doom racer ready their weapons.

Doom racer: don't think that just because you a driver don't mean we won't go easier on you

Joyride: hello boys, I'm not here for the look, I'm here for the sweet upgrades

Doom racer: what are you implying 

Joyride: a race, unless you're scared. 

Doom racer: alright, don't get cocky now

The doom racer laugh.  But they soon regret it, as the truck undergo a transformation. Now a looming figures loomed over them.

Joyride: now let's race

They at the race track and they drove. We could he the scream of the Doom racer. The a tumble weed past as it hit a cactus, resembling the Blackhat logo. At hat manor. Flug was busy working on some was working on something very delicate. Just then the ground rumbled, causing the brakes to fizz.

Flug: oh no

He is sent flying by an explosion. He coughs an gets up

Flug: demencia!!!

Flug stomps to the lizard. 505 was busy vacuuming and cleaning the house. When sudden the ground shook. All the vases fell as this saddened 505. Demincia was watching tv when she heard a loud sound. 

Demencia: hm, sweet 

She continues watching when suddenly flug stepped in front the tv.

Demencia: hey down in front

Flug: demencia, what have I told you about setting off explosives while Im working 

Demencia: it wasn't me, I'm busy watching my show.

Flug look seeing hero watching predators chasing prey. Knowing her, she'll watch this for hours.

Flug: alright if it isn't you then who.

Then they heard the loud noise. Then 505 comes running in, jumps into flug arm being scared. His weight made flug drop to the ground.

Flug:[groans] it's okay 505, where is this noise coming from.

Demencia: have you guys check the garage

Flug:[gets 505 off him] the garage, is someone messing with the hat plane again.

He remembered when demencia took it for a joyride. And shudders. Then they heard the noise. They went to the garage and the lights were off. 

Flug: strange

Demencia: hey, what's that smell.

Then red lights shined at them. With a glowing jaw. It roars and charges at them. It begins to chase flug around the room. Demencia watch the so as 505 tries to help. But get launched into the air.

Flug: hey, nobody hurts my 

He is then run over, then it backs up and runs him over again. The lights turn on as they saw the attack. Was a custom truck.

Every green part of the car is red. the car had a paint jaw on the hood, resembling a red eye tendrils haired wolf.  Had teeth pain on the side of the the car. And claw mark pain into the doors. The tires were thick an all terrain. Had a nitro booster and pistons on the bottom. In the truck was Ridley.

Flug: ridley.... why

Ridley: well one it was funny. And two, I wanted to see if my old girl still works, everyone I'd like you to meet Blackhat empire very own monster truck. Road Burn.

Demencia: hey road burn, nice to have another girl on the team

505: now

Flug:[gets up groaning] I take it you were the one making the loud noise

Ridley: hmm let me think

???: breaker breaker, this is lord of darkness, I need demolition Ghoul an pit crew to the pit stop ASAP

Flug: lord of darkness 

Ridley: oh no, everyone, hold your private parts

It was too late as skeletons on motorcycle burst through the wall, and grabs them at highs speed. Lord of darkness to over road burn an has it follow. They appearing Blackhat office. The skeleton circle around an drop the the gang. Road burn comes behind.

Flug:[burnt] greetings so, how's your day

Blackhat: excellent, an this is the perfect time for road burn to spin her reals, we have a clients 

Ridley: alright, so where are they.

Blackhat points outside. They all look and see four motorcycles circling the place. Blackhat snapped his fingers. Ridley nods and walks out. Outside he transforms, he swung his tail, scooping up each one off their bikes. He then brings them inside an drops them.  They were the doom racers.

Doom racer: forgive for intruding on you devious pavement lord Blackhat

Doom racer2: but we like, totally need your help

Ghoul: with what

Blackhat: they have informed me they need our assistance in beating this hero named Joyride.

Ghoul: Joyride, I heard of this hero, as devious as higher ups, he's a hero always in his car and takes care of villains.

Doom racer: but what you do know is that he steals tech an installs them into his ride, now here's unstoppable, until we heard the ghoul was back, and we heard of his legendary feet's with his trucks. We'll do anything

Blackhat smiles, after having them sign their contracts. Ridley looks at him an nods as they head to the ship. While they were flying for 20 mins. Ridley tuned up road burn. When demencia walk over.

Ridley: how long till we get there flug

Flug: only a few minutes now

Ridley: alright, so what do you want Demi

Demencia: it's demencia and, what she like. Road burn

Ridley: well I'll say she's like you. Dangerous, beautiful, wild. She'll like you, flug not so much.

They both laugh

Ridley: you wanna help her tune her up

Demencia smiled and they work together, she blushed a bit from the remark earlier. They see now hovering over the location. As they head to the doom racer hideout, a figure aimed a cannon at them. It fires an emp blast, hiting the ship causing it to fall out.  Flug wrestled with the control, as the the ship was falling dead set at the hideout.

Flug: everyone, hold on

Ridley: no, get in

Everyone got in the truck and drove off. Crashing through the ship wall, getting a hang time just as the ship crashed. It lands an swerves. Drifting before stopping.

Ridley: boom that's how it's done

Demencia: impressive

Flug: alright we need to find this Joyride and beat him

Ridley: oh I already know how, he likes races doesn't he.

He drives off. They drive all around the town, honking the horn. Getting the heirs attention. Honking  for 2 hours, they needed to fuel. As flug was pouring in the gas. Demencia saw something in the distance.

Demencia: hey guys, look

They spot a dust cloud heading straight towards them. Ridley jumps out the truck an walks to the cloud, changing into his ghoul form. Just as the dust cloud was about to crash into them, it stops. Revealing a muscle car.

Ghoul: I know that you Joyride

Joyride:..[laughs] no fooling you, I see you've got my message.

Ghoul: guess you know me

Joyride: who doesn't know of the ghoul, all of underworld been talking about you. I just had to wait

Ghoul: so then you know why I hear.

Joyride: abso-freaken-lutely 

Then the car glows, and it begins to transforms, sordid before them was a massive robot cyborg, with his body parts of car parts and tech.c his bottom half is four wheels. And his eyes heads lights.

Ghoul: so that's what you do with all the tech

Joyride: I race the best in my gambit races, winner takes all, 

Flug: an by all you mean the loser vehicle and tech.

Joyride: indeed, I have raced the best, except one[points at road burn] the demon truck herself, the most catastrophic ride in existence. So here's the deal, we race from he to dead man spine

He points in the direction, miles ahead we see a row of rock spikes between a ramp am the other side of the road. The gap was a size of two school buses. 

Joyride: Only the fastest could make the gap. one makes it, the other is permanent destroyed, do we deal

Flug: okay, let's brainstorm this before we jump to conclusions, he has bigger tech while we have a truck that has been in the shop since-

Demencia/Ridley: deal

Flug: why[505 pats his back]

Joyride: haha, yes, may the best driver win

Ghoul: a may the loser, suffer the consequences.

They shake hands. Later they parked at the front of gas station ready to start. 505 was at the finish line. Holding the flag. Ridley was driving with demencia and flug inside. Flug has set a timer, sending a flare when hitting 0.  It landed on 0 and flare went off. Racer put blasted off, driving at a fast pace. Joyride gets the upper hand an laughs. Ridley just smirks a speed up talking the lead, they past the first quarter and both were neck an neck.

Joyride: running out of steam 

Ridley: not even tired

Demencia: yeah floor it

Ridley does show speeding up. Joyride growls and pressed a button. Suddenly a ship flys over them. Inside was Joyride robotic pit crew. Who start throwing multiple bombs at Road burn. Ridley succeeded in dodging them, but doing show gave Joyride the lead.

Joyride: I can't wait to have those wheels

He laughs as Ridley growls

Flug: that's cheating

Ridley: it's a race with no rules, what you expect

Demencia: if I was driving I would've flatten him by now

Ridley: don't you start talking about my driving skills.

He continues driving. They reach the second quarter to the half way point. Joyride enjoyed the his lead until he hear a noise, seeing Road Burn. He growls

Joyride: can't those Isidore do anything right[press button] don't blow them up, slow them down.

The ship then returns, the pit crew then fired a clamp. It latches onto the truck. Pulling them back.  They reach the half way point as the gang was being pulled back. 

Ridley: oh hell no

Flug: what now.

Ridley: demencia, take the wheel, flug, we going up there

Demencia: sweet

Flug: what

He gets grabbed by Ridley, he turns ghoul and jumps to the ship with flug. They cut the cord as the truck drives off.

Ghoul: rule number of a man ride, don't scratch the paint

He roars as he an flug attack. With road burn, demencia put on shades.

Demencia: let do this

She set activates the nitro as it sends the truck zooming across.  Joyride laughs as he sees the ramp in view. But then he sees road burn past him. A sees demencia sticking her tongue out him.

Joyride: what, no, I'm noting losing this race.

Then he brings out a hook and chain, swinging his weapon he harpoons Road burns.

Demencia: heyyy

He swings her around an throws her, causing road burn to be spin across the ground.

Joyride: I may not even want that piece of junk after this.

Joyride laughs. Demencia growls an punches the horn.

Demencia: come on come on, get up you piece of junk, [sigh] come on girl

she tried the key, and then notice a button.

Demencia: meh, when in Rome

She pressed the button. Road burn started growing and glowing, wheels spin so fast she flips back on her side. 

Demencia: woah wow

Road burn started to shake, then her wheel ignites and smoke builds up. Electricity surged around the car as it changed. On the ship, Ghoul and flug took care of the pit crew and flew to the action.

Ghoul: you not bad flug

Flug: oh thanks. What's that

In the distance they see a beacon of lighting and a roar

Then shining beacon turn into a light heading straight to the finish line. Joyride was nearing the final stretch.

Joyride: [cackles] once I beat these losers, I wonder what I'll do, maybe talk to him about ghoul I'd back. [hears nosie] Hm, oh no I thought I got rid of them.....What the

He turns he sees a truck closing in, but it was different, more dangerous, more tuned up. More monster.

(Combine with the color) and then use it It head claws around the wheels, rows of teeth on the front , the back has rose of spikes. And the truck now twice it's side. As well as heavily armored. It's now a four seater, one in front three in back.  Then it speed closer to Joyride, who see inside was demencia.

Demencia: wooooooooo, go road burn

Joyride: the real road burn, Nooooo

He increases speed, but it did little as Road Burn catches up. Now they both were neck and neck.  Road burn tired to throw the car off balance. But this time Road burn dodge each one. Road brin takes the lead passing Joyride. Annoyed he swung his look, but road burn brings out her scorpion tail, biting the hook in half.  Road burn then bounces back crashing into Joyride then jumping backs on the road, and boosting over the ramp. Road burn successfully caught air, while Joyride was off balance and crash into the ramp and fell into the spikes. 505 wave hello which waves the flag as Joyride pass him. Once crossing she pass demencia starts doing donuts.

Demencia: winner am still champion, road burn

She cheers just as the ship landed and flug an ghoul run out. Ghoul changes back an hugs demencia and spins her around.

Ridley: [cackles] nice driving there Chica, Road burn definitely likes you

Demencia: thanks 

Flug: when we're you gonna tell us it could transform

Ridley: meh, slip my mind. So looks like we won

Joyride: I don't think so

They see joyride, a twister wreck with spike in his body.

Joyride: I deserve those reals

Flug: seriously, no one likes a sore loser.

Joyride: hand me that ride, or else

Demencia was about to attack but Ridley stops her an smiles. He walks over to road burn.

Ridley: you want her, then you gotta earn her respect. Right... Road Burn

He talks to the car, then suddenly it turns to face joy die. It's starts to tear apart, revealing its eyes on the side of head. opening is  mouth of rotating teeth. Bringing out his tail is pounces at Joyride who screams.

They gang watch as road burn tore apart Joyride. Shaking him around like a Ragdoll.  Mauling him to pieces. His body was mangled and Road burn devours of the wheels. She drives in front of Ridley, as he pets her.

Ridley: good girl, good girl, it's good to spin the your wheels and flex you muscle

Flug: so by monster truck, that's what you meant

Demencia: sweet, how about we go a road trip

Flug: well hat island is a million miles from here

Ridley: an I know just the truck to get us here.

 Road Burn roars and lets everyone in. They drive off to the sunset. With a bit of trouble.

Ridley: demencia I'm driving it my ride

Demencia: no way road burn an me bonded it's my turn

Flug: oh this is gonna be a long trip home

Flug groan as 505 was reading a brochure. Joyride slowly made his way down the road.

Joyride: stupid road burn, once I get fix I 

He head several cars and saw the doom racers.

Joyride: oh, hello boys, how's the trip

Doom racer: get him

Joyride screams as the doom racers attack. From a distance Blackhat was watching the chaos.

Blackhat: I just love roadkill
