*Ninja's pov...*

Great! Just great! I'm locked in a dungeon without my 'tama and the world will physically start falling apart in a matter of moments! What am I going to do!?

Rubiz and some scientist came by.

"If you could follow us, please." The scientist said.

"Why should I?" I asked angrily.

"Calm down, we just need some medical information. We have to do this for all the prisoners." the scientist said. Rubiz nodded.

I didn't know if I should trust them. Rubiz I trust, he seems like a nice guy. I don't like the scientist though. He seems like an experimental expert and not a doctor.

Seeing no other option and some time out of the boring cell I was in, I hesitantly followed them down the hall.

*Time Skip*

Oh, so they weren't lying. They only just wanted a blood sample for DNA test stuff. Hmmm. This seems suspicious for some reason........

I suddenly began to feel weak and dizzy. I get headaches all the time, but this wasn't my usual headache. I suddenly became so dizzy that I couldn't walk straight. My vision blurred so much that I saw only colors. Before I knew it, I fell to the ground-no! I fell to the darkness.

*Rubiz's pov...*

"We shouldn't have done it!" I yelled at the scientist whom I was working with, "She was an innocent person and you know it."

"Personally, I would not have done it to the girl." the scientist replied, putting his hands up in defense, "You know what happens when it becomes an order."

The scientist had whispered the last 2 words as if someone were secretly eavesdropping on us. An order. I knew what he meant.

"Don't you think we should help their cause? I mean, the world could possibly end thanks to us-"

"-to us all." the scientist cut in, "Every single person in this universe."

I thought for a moment, but then looked at my comrade with my best impression of determination.

"I've done lots of things I regret, but I'm going to do one thing that I won't regret." I said.

"And what's that?" the scientist asked.

"I'm going to help their cause." I said. I turned around to go find the girl, when he grabbed my shoulder.

"You can't! Don't you realize you're going to die!?" he said in a shouting whisper.

"Well, it's better than letting the world die from our mistake." I said.

"After I find that girl, I'm going to ask Dameriz." I added.

"Captain Dameriz!? Are you mad!?" he shouted.

By then, I was already gone.
